The worst of the worst! I am only using Cargus when it is the only available shipping option and I always complain about their services hoping they will be ditched by all partners and go bankrupt. Parcels lost, delayed, moved between delivery locations without notice. Truth be told, they are only the sum of their employees which employees are beyond pathetic. Hope they'll be bought and just shut down, firing all employees without benefits.

This company is simply dreadful. I have no idea how they became a partner of DHL but I'll do my best to change that, I don't care how many complaint email it will take.

I have sent a package from Germany via DHL which then was subsequently managed by Cargus In Romania. The package seems to have been in the delivery van for a week then returned to one of their package centres. My dad is retired and is usually at home all week, we have plenty of neighbours who are also at home most times. Cargus never called or contacted despite having phone and email data.

Trying to reach them is impossible, to get detailed tracking one needs to register an account, why? There is no customer service by phone and their chatbot does not work either.

I really hope that they will not last long on the market, and waste peoples' time and nerves.

Like a lot of delivery companies in Romania, these people are unprofessional, rude and lazy.
They create problems and make your delivery as hard as possible. I won't even talk about customer service, because I will have to use an innapropriate vocabulary to describe them.

Nobody called before delivery, just received a text that the delivery failed and i should go pick up the package myself 20km outside the city. In call center nobody answered, they just hang up after 30 min.

They are not trying to deliver the packages and they just call you to go to their deposit outsite city, which makes you loosing 2-3 hours..will never order again from sellers using their services

I am extremely disappointed with Cargus' services. Parcels are delayed for weeks, and contacting them is impossible. I recommend avoiding this company and seeking more reliable alternatives.

They cannot be reached by email or telephone number. Sent two emails regarding two different problems and I got no response.

- Couldn't return my Amazon packages thanks to them, since they "handle the returns".
- Did not receive an external package because they refused to redirect it to another location, to which I was willing to pay extra or pay the shipment fee again.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I am a company who chose to collaborate with cargus based on the stories they told me during the phonecalls (fake stories). They sell an offer that is not real. It doesn.t correspond with the reality. The lady at the phone told me we can sign a contract for 50 packages delivered per month, if it is too much for us we can change the contract for 30 packages delivered per month. When i started the company we.ve have had less that that so i contacted the lady who called me initialy regarding the chance of delivered packages number per month and she tells me it is not possible to decrease the number of packages, only to increase the number. And she is the same person who sold the initial offer to me, basicaly the person who lied to me in my face and she tells me, it is not true that she lied, the conversations are recorded. I ask for the recordings and guess what...no answear. Nothing. I insist and i insist and nothing. I do not recommend working with this company, never. And guess what is written in the contract: you cannot change your mind and cancel the contract or change the monthly number of packages. Basicaly everything was a huge lie. I recommend to everyone having this issue to make a complain, i will personaly do. Lots of them. Untill the contract expires or untill they give me back the money i threw back on the window based on the lies they told me.

If I could I would give it 0 stars, they literally treat their jobs like a joke, never ever ever ever order with cargus for your own good.

The couriers never attempt to make the delivery and then you receive a message to pick up the (already paid) packages from their deposit, in another city!
Ask before ordering something if the sender collaborates with Cargus and avoid at all costs!

Really bad. They never show up at the delivery address. They just send a text message with a pick up point, outside THE CITY. Avoid it

Bad communication, bad services and time wasters. I wasn’t at the location when my package should arrive and the courier didn’t want to leave it to the closest Cargus Ship & Go point (he lied saying that place is full of packages, yet he didn’t go to check-as a little context I often receive packages there and there’s always enough space). He said he will deliver it tomorrow at the initial location. He never did. Moreover, on the AWB it said it was delivered on the ship & go a day before. I went there, no package (also no sms saying that the package arrived. I tried contacting them via phone, no answers. Tried sending them a mail, same result. They will respond on Facebook, only to say that the package already arrived at the location and was sent to the expeditor and I should contact the expeditor so they could send the package back. That didn’t make sense, how can it arrived at my destination while also being sent back?

Yesterday was a great day, I receive my cosmetics in a record time!
The delivery young man was exceptional, polite and very nice!

Absolutely the worst.
Worst drivers, worst service, inexistent customer support.

Package delivered from Germany to Romania.
Transit period from Germany to Romania, took couple of days, but the internal delivery is still unknown…why? Package arrived in Romania - Bucharest (destination wharehouse) on 26th of December and on 3rd if January the package is still not delivered, still in their deposit.
Tried to use Support Chat and asked if i can pick up personally the package from their warehouse, they said yes, just wait their confirmation via sms/mail, never received anything…called them after couple of days asking the resolution time of my request, the lady i spoked with said that she will send a new request, because she is not finding any request on my name.
So, discussions with customer support where you are asking them to do something, is not a problem solver.
Delivery, who knows when…will continue with a complain to local regulator.
Try to avoid Cargus as much as possible.

The most unserious and lying courier company. I've received a call from them that today they have a package for me to be delivered. I wasn't at home so the guy told me that he'll deliver the package next week, I agreed, I said thanks and all good for now. After one hour I received a sms and an email from Urgent Cargus, through which they announced me that my package is at an Ship&Go location and it's waiting to be picked up. Of course, that Ship&Go location is pretty far from my home address, cuz why not?! They don't care as long as you pay your packages online and don't have to chase you for money. Unfortunately I have heard a lot of stories like this one and for sure I will be careful not to use their services in the future and again, unfortunately, the alternatives to these courier companies aren't too great either. But paying with cash is a plus and I will keep that in mind.
