I've had to contact costumer service 3 times because I had a package blocked in a warehouse. It didn't have my phone number attached to it, so I had to make 2 requests to add my phone number and deliver it, they ignored that, so I made a third request to let me go take it. They ignored that as well and 3 days later they send it back to germany from where it came. I let 1-2 days pass between requests to give them a chance to do something. All in all it took about 2-3 weeks and 3 requests only for the 4th time calling them to tell me that it was already sent back.

avoid this nonsense , they don't deliver and don't even call you and then they send you a sms to go to their place to pick up your payed stuff. not even kidding i waited 2 and a half week and then a friend picked up for me. I called and no one answers and the review about this was that i wasn't at home and then they wrote that i haven't cash but i payed with card.

I've been waiting for my delivery for 2 weeks. Still didn't arrived.

They are always late and even now the package remains in their warehouse for days while it was supposed to be delivered already pre-weekend.

I have never see so nasty ruthless I service ce who delivered my order. Because the phone tower did no work, so, I could not hear the phone when they arrived, they screamed and shouted at me that got all neighbourhoods out their houses. No manners, nonprofesionalism, nothing. I’ll never use them again. Stay away friends m such crooks.

Worst delivery company ever shippment delay of 1+ weeks and when i got it the cashier scammed me of 30 lei (6€) she said i get less

They dont deliver parcel has been in the Timisoara warehouse for over 1 week no responce from anyone

Worst courier company ever. I made an order through Cargus and although the product arrived from Poland in two days and the payment was made, the individuals from Cargus refused to hand over the package. Avoid Cargus as much as possible!

They dont actually deliver international packages. They take the packages from reputable international courier to deliver locally but unless you call them and spend hours on the phone, they never intend to deliver said package. 2 days from germany to bucharest. 4 days and counting for a local delivery.

It takes more than 3 days to deliver from their warehouse Magurele to Bucharest. After more than 1h spent for waiting chatting, they do not have any clue about when they will deliver eventually. They like to register claims instead to deliver. I would not advice anyone to use them anymore. Of course, if possible...

It’s impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to. Long waiting times on the phone, insufferable robot voice and overall I wish I am never forced again to get a package from them.

Just so you know: I have the app, i wrote emails and I called. Nothing.

They said they would deliver today afternoon but had caller in the morning while I wasn't home. Now it shows that it is at a warehouse in Bucharest. I hope I won't have to wait weeks to get it from there . They just send a message saying delivery attempted but they don't even try .

Absolutely without a doubt the worst customer services I ever encountered and, the lack of professionalism is astounding!
Just shameful!

They are real amateurs. The delivery guy lied that I wasn't home so they sent back my package.

Just received an SMS that delivery was attempted, nobody rang the doorbell or called me about the delivery. Now I am waiting for the past 45 minutes to talk to a representative.

The worst.
I had the ,, luck" to interact with this company 2 times.

They dont give the phone number of the delivery guy so that we could contact him in case that

Your ,, help " line is useless. I spent 2 hours of waiting and no one answers.

I took a day off work to wait for this package and I had the luck to just stay at home and wait. The last time you sent the package 2 streets away and i had to find the courier myself after I waited 3 days after the message that i received that said that the package will arrive ,, today".

Horrible.
I ordered a package from Germany, it arrived in Romania in 2-3 days and landed in a warehouse. It has been there for almost a WEEK now, and I still haven't recieved it.
I'm very dissapppointed.

-The worst customer service (inexistent)
-They don't respond to emails
-They mark the delivery as attempted or bad address (they don't call you or try to contact you in any way)
-If you are in Romania please (for the love of God) avoid this company at any cost

It took 2 weeks for a package that I've ordered from a company that's 6 hours away from where I live (same country).
I only got the awb after a week, the awb doesn't tell you much, you basically get almost no information about where your package is at. Their website is not intuitive at all.
Bad customer service:
- Called them, they put me on hold for 20 MINUTES just for the call to disconnect...

Worst courier in Romania. Every single order I had delivered from them gets delayed, marked as attempted and then they notify me to pick it up myself from some deposit 1,5 hrs away. Every.Single.One.

They don't deliver parcels. The make YOU come to pick it up because of how deceitful and incompetent they are.

It baffles me that reputable companies still hire them as no sane person would ever hire their services.
