Car Dealer Reviews won't publish my factual negative review of PCS Egginton - why?
Well, well, well, some of the reviews of Car Dealer Reviews make interesting reading.....
This review firm are presently purposely blocking a negative 1 STAR review we have for PCS Egginton. They claim that there has been a solution to the many many issues we have had since purchasing a vehicle from PCS on 15/01/23 and therefore won't publish it!! Realistically/truthfully/frustratingly our many issues are FAR FROM RESOLVED and we are still without our vehicle since 08/02/23!! Our FACTUAL review of PCS has been published on Trustpilot and Google reviews etc without an issue, but Car Dealer Reviews who are attached to PCS website WON'T publish it. How can other car buyers be made aware of how they will be treated by after sales lack of care if this company won't publish?? I'm sure a 5 star review would've been published immediately!! You have to ask yourself why they refuse to publish a negative review, yet quite happily push 5 star reviews of this place to the first 6/10 pages of the PCS website!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
UPDATE 28/02/23: my 1 star review made it to their site.....so did 30+ pages of new 4/5 star reviews.....interesting 🤷♀️ oh and PCS, well the General Manager has now 'suspended' the repairs to my vehicle - can you see now why we needed the review to be put out there to warn others?!

Scam artists
This company will be facing legal action on grounds of defamation and blackmail! Spoken to several dealers all who have negative reviews on cardealerreviews.com and none on google, autotrader and their websites (the easiest places to leave reviews for exposure!). The whole website is a fraud! They charge car dealers to remove fiticious reviews.

We have been added to this site without our consent. They post damaging reviews for car dealer businesses and then offer packages for them to add positive reviews to increase star rating!!!
I believe we are not the one dealer in UK suffering because of this deceptive website.
Most of our bad reviews are not even verified by them, so I would believe they are all fake!
