Avoid Carcredit2go – Horrible Experience with a Faulty Car and Unresponsive Service
I bought a used car from Carcredit2go last year, and it’s been a nightmare. Despite the car having only 50,000 miles and a supposedly good service history, it broke down completely after just four months, leaving my family and me stranded. The AA found that the alternator had failed due to a turbocharger oil leak, costing me £450 to fix, with another £850 needed for a new turbocharger.
Dealing with Kerry Hall from Carcredit2go has been a disaster. She refused to cover any of these costs or provide a refund. She ignored my calls and emails and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. I'm now forced to take legal action. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Carcredit2go—they're utterly untrustworthy.
