The whole booking process was nice and easy, although the reply email went into my Junk folder, their replies have always been very quick.
I have booked for an installation service as I needed someone who specialises and have good reviews, their price is not the cheapest nor the highest, but worth it since the installation was very well fitted. Dan was the technician who came earlier in the morning (great friendly man). The job took over an hour and it was done professionally. Dan also went through the installation, even mentioned how the wire from the back dash cam had to be behind the airbags, that's when you know your in safe hands. The job was neat and very tidy.
Highly recommended CCS - prompt and polite customer services, friendlies and professional engineer.

We live in the wrong place! There was difficulty locating a local technician. Eventually received a date; technician failed to arrive, was told he had tested positive for Covid!! (Invoiced 12th June, date of fitting was to have been 26th June, new date offered 10th July!) I cancelled my order and received a refund. The only piece of efficiency seems to have been the refund. Very disappointed with abysmal service.

My first dash cam and battery purchase with installation was 2 years ago. The engineer, Chris did a fantastic job at that time. A month ago, I called again for the dash cam de-installation and re-installation onto the other car. This time, both Chris and Leighton did an amazing work as well! Chris is very efficient, Leighton is so professional and helps me to solve the problem.

The most important thing is the customer service is brilliant, Lynn is so efficient and considerate, always arranges the product delivery quickly, tries her very best to arrange the fastest available dates of engineers, and follows up my case time by time. Thank you so much!!! Though the fare is not cheap but it worths! I have no doubt to highly recommend this wonderful team!
