Bought a holiday home from caravans in the sun in humildero can't fault there service and joe joe the sales rep couldn't do enough for me she went above and beyond for me im so grateful to her

Caravan is great. Quiet location but in easy reach of the local village & not far from lots of historic towns & cities.
Some of the tracks could do with upgrading & it's a shame the pool closes at the end of September.
Overall, though, well worth a visit.

A very big thank you to everyone at Caravans in the Sun for making our first step into caravan ownership an easy one. From our first email to the subsequent telephone conversation to the exchange of money and then after only 6 weeks the handing over of the caravan keys, James and his team have been 1st rate. We absolutely love our little piece of French paradise in Chef Boutonne, the site is peaceful and well kept. The owner Stuart was very helpful and even came to the rescue with some bread (Sunday in France, everything is closed!!!) The caravan was left in pristine condition, obviously very well loved by its previous owners and fully equipped to set us 1st timers off to a great start. Thank you again to all involved, we can't wait now to get back out to the caravan and fully enjoy the French way of life

We sold our mobile home in Vendee (PDL) and are extremely grateful to the rep, Bill, and the service he provided. He was attentive to us all through the sale, keeping in contact with us the whole time. He got us the price we wanted through his input and expertise in sales on site. He is a credit to Caravans in the sun.
Jayne in the office was also extremely helpful and provided very good communication during the sales process.

We moved to our new home in the sun in March,we soon started to settle in our site in Tsilivi is so peaceful and the views are beautiful

We have recently purchased a resale home in Peniscola from Caravans in the Sun - our experience in dealing with James & Jayne has been exemplary in every way - we would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a move to a caravan park associated with caravans in the sun

We contracted Caravans in the Sun to move our static caravan from the UK to Marbella in December 2021. Their transporter picked up our caravan, delivered it to the new site and connected it to the mains services as requested. We then paid them to install a new decking in time for our visit in February. Again, it was completed to our satisfaction.
The measure of a good company is how well they respond to any issues that may arise. There were a couple of problems but, when we raised them with Mel, Jayne and the team, they were dealt with to our satisfaction. Communication could have been a bit better but, all in all, our experience was a good one and we are now happily enjoying our holidays in Marbella!
Our particular thanks to Vivi, the on site rep, who made us welcome and showed us around. Also to Manolo who installed the caravan and the decking. Great job!
Would definitely recommend Caravans in the Sun for their friendly, helpful and professional approach. Other park owners in the UK could, and should, learn from them!

I actually shipped my mobile home from the UK to Tuscany Italy. In fact, I think I was the first client to do this post Brexit. As a result, it was a learning curve for both of us, but we got there in the end. I have no regrets, Will kept me informed along the way, and provided a solution to any problem, and in my book that’s very important. Since my van was sited, Will has seamlessly arranged for my air conditioning and deck to be installed. I trust him and his Italian Team to look after my home. Also, having visited the site, I can honestly say I loved the restaurant on site, found the other owners to be beyond friendly (special mention to Tony), and the site staff couldn’t be more helpful (especially Kitch). I now have a beautiful home in the Tuscan sun, and look forward to enjoying my time exploring the region, and getting to know the other owners! If you’re thinking of taking the plunge, the site is lovely, and they’ve got some great homes for sale, and Will and his team will guide you through. Don’t hesitate, see you there!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. James, Mel and Sue were all extremely professional ensuring everything went to plan. Having dealt with unreliable companies in the past Caravans in the Sun were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Especially James, who kept us informed step by step for the purchase and siting of the caravan in Marbella, then sorting out the finishing of the decking to a high standard. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a caravan!

James in the office was very helpful at the beginning of our purchase. Bambi made the process of buying a caravan in the sun painless and a pleasure. She was always available and ready to answer any queries that we had. She showed us our home by video link every time we asked and resolved all minor teething issues promptly. She also made us feel very welcome on our first visit and showed us around the area. Johnny, Ray and Sue were all wonderful and helped us settle in to our new home in the sun. We would highly recommend Caravans in the Sun to anyone wishing to purchase a home in El Rocio.

From the first moment we began dealing with Caravans In The Sun our expectations have been exceeded. They have been thoroughly professional, friendly, fair and helpful in all of the dealings we have had with them.
Bambi and the other on-site staff at El Rocio have been superb, often going well out of their way to not only help us with the purchase of our dream home, but also in passing on their knowledge of the local area and sharing other useful information.
We cannot speak highly enough of Bambi and the staff in El Rocio.
Our home in El Rocio is beautiful, the area is wonderful and the town of Heulva has all you need, as does Seville and the other nearby towns and villages.
The purchasing process was very easy and the response from the sales team was professional, helpful and timely. We have not suffered a single issue whilst dealing with them.
In addition to Bambi and the crew, the local on-site management are also very nice people to whom nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The whole process has been a pleasurable experience and we highly recommend Caravans In The Sun. If you’re after that special place to own in a beautiful location, we would say that they’re the people to speak to.
We can’t wait until our next trip to El Rocio - the area is simply amazing and the beach at Matalascanas, 10 mins away, is just stunning.

We recently purchased our first mobile home abroad at Camping La Aldea in El Rocio. Buying was so straight forward and having Bambi on site made everything so easy. She did all the hard work and we just relaxed and enjoyed our new home. There is already a little community growing there and we were made to feel very welcome by both the British and Spanish people. Everything is so easy going and all you have to do is enjoy the sunshine, the warm welcome, the great wine and the totally relaxed way of life. I know this was a great purchase for us, as no matter what your age, this area has lots to offer. We had looked at other sites but felt this was the site that accommodated our age range as we are certainly not retirement age yet and this is somewhere we can bring our family and friends to and know they will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Caravans in the Sun for making our dream a reality.

I enquired about a site in France that this company advertise as all year, fully residential. When I researched further, I found the park's licence strictly forbids this use, in part due to a flooding risk. I notified Caravans in the Sun , giving them the official response from the local town hall and regional planning authority and they have ignored this. They continue to misrepresent the site. Now, when I asked about another park, similarly advertised by them, Jame Glover, the sales manager has responded "At this stage, I feel that we need to part ways as I officially bow out from your enquiry. We do not want to disappoint you any further. I recommend you pursue buying a bricks and mortar property as you can easily acquire straightforward information."

I strongly advise anyone considering buying through this company to research the local laws and park licences carefully before proceeding.

Just back to uk after our first visit to our holiday home in Tuscany.We just wanted to thank Caravans in the Sun staff member William for arranging to collect us from Pisa airport,organising our food shop for our 5 day isolation and arranging our COVID test at the local medical centre.We have had a fantastic 2 weeks,the holiday village and mobile home has more than met our expectations.All our neighbours have made us very welcome and we already feel at home,can’t wait to return in September.Mike and Sandra Paterson

I’m just wondering if anyone rents there homes out as I’m looking to buy one to stay there 6 months and rent out for 6 months many thanks

An extremely professional and well run organisation, with highly competent staff . Having had dealings with other Mobile Home organisations in the past which were frankly appalling, This organisation is to be highly recommended for the quality of their service.

Having bought thru caravans in the sun 4 yrs ago. It was very easy and straight forward they were very helpful until this year. Unfortunately during the covid crisis we had terrible problems with the site owner. This we dealt with ourselves but when I asked the site owner why he had booked strangers into a chalet during lockdown he lost the plot. Next thing I get a letter telling me contract was not being renewed and me and my van had to get off site. I spoke to caravans in the sun and basically was told I didn't have to move my van I could sell it. They would help they said but as far as anything else they didn't want to get involved. So iam now out of pocket having to pay a solicitor pay a second rent and have to leave a site I was happy on and had made friends. Caravans in the sun are doing business with this person and are allowing him to act like a dictator so be very wary about dealing with a company that will allow you to be evicted because site owner doesn't like you.. Just to let you know my rent and bills have always been up to date and have not at anytime previously had any type of warning fr
om owner. Further to the reply received. Caravans in the sun did offer to sell my van but obviously would be charging commission so making money out of my misery when iam already out of pocket. I have never been offered a relocation so could never have refused but iam sure I would be charged for that as well

I am waiting for my Waverly to b sent to Spain all along the way Mel and James has been so helpful throw out everything northing is to much for them and Bambi well she is also lovely and so helpful really lovely people ime so please I pick hoilday caravans in the sun
