Not quite what I was expecting
I'm changing my first review because she liked it and said yes! But I was a bit disappointed, I don´t know if it's the lighting, but the stone looks nothing like the picture on the website, it looks dull and gray, under the right lighting it still sparkles, but it's a lot darker than I expected.
Customer service was excellent, they replied very quickly, although, it would´ve been nice to have better communication, more updates, and better tracking of the status, because the order took much longer than expected.

Shipping can take a while, I payed for express production & shipping and it still took almost 2 months. Also, the customs fee for the U.S. was upwards of $760, so be prepared.
Truly a Professional experience. The Capucinne team works with Excellence and Meticulous Detail. My piece turned out just Perfect, I could not ask for it to have been better. They understood my needs and specifications. Literally Nothing went wrong in the whole process.
I felt like a valued customer, the customer care is second to none. Communication was great, and they were always keeping me updated with the status of my piece.
No doubt, this has been the best purchasing experience in my life so far, my bride and I couldn't be happier!

I wanted to get a ring for my wife that would stack with her other rings. I had no idea how well this would even work, but they were able to use the information from my previous order to create a 3D model preview.

Great and beautiful ring, rough shipping
The ring is as expected and is gorgeous, the process of getting it here was a bit of a pain. Mostly the carrier used by capucinne was awful and did not follow my instructions at all. No complaints with the ring or ordering, just the shipping process. If shipping went smooth I would have given 5 stars.

I had ordered my wife one of the engagement rings from this company with some custom adjustments and it came out wonderful. When it came time to get her a wedding band, they did not offer one that matched the engagement ring but we’re willing to work with my ideas to create a custom matched wedding band that is absolutely beautiful. My wife is so happy with her rings. This company is wonderful to work with and priced very very competitively.

Great service and beautiful jewellery!
Left it a little late to buy the ring set, so used the expedited service. Also customised the design slightly. It ended up arriving well in time for when it was needed, looks just as imagined, absolutely perfect! But also made it in great time considering it had to make it across the pond to the UK from the US. The staff who handled my many emails were really helpful, went above and beyond and I'm really thankful!

Great product, and the fiancee loves it. Was delivered earlier than promised, and exactly as promised otherwise.
Unfortunately there was some duties that had to be paid on top of the price of the product, so keep that in mind, but that's not the fault of the business!
