We kindly want to clarify that the ring you ordered is considered a custom piece, as it was made specifically with your chosen moss agate. Due to the unique nature of these stones, which vary in shape and size and require custom settings, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for such items, in line with our return policy.
That said, our goal is always to ensure that our pieces are worn and loved. We’d be happy to offer you the option of having a new piece made, possibly with a larger stone, if that’s your preference. Please let us know what size you'd like, or if there’s another design you had in mind — we’d be glad to assist you further. Logistics and applicable labor/restocking fees will apply.

Capucinne made my original engagement ring and worked with my spouse and I to make a custom matching wedding band to upgrade my existing one. Communication was excellent and the process went smoothly! Shipping was extremely fast and my final set is perfect!

Summary Capucinne orders
Firstly, we ordered during the pandemic a very beautiful sapphire engagement ring (which turned up to be too big-we didn’t measure correctly-and they resized it to fit perfectly).
Our wedding bands are also from them and the process was very smooth.
Now I wanted a diamond bracelet for myself and I’m very happy about it as well. It is very finely crafted and matches perfectly with the other items from Capucinne ❤️
My only issue was that I got confused on their website because some items seemed similar but had different descriptions. I contacted them and they explained me that their website is under construction and helped me with my decision.
In summary, I can warmly recommend them. Their customer support is very responsive (Vida replies very fast and is super helpful), we did not have delays on our deliveries, their jewelry is very beautifully crafted, they are pretty transparent about their sources and you support a local business.
Plus, I wear my rings daily and in 3 years I had no issue so far (the engagement ring is called Nicola and has little diamonds as well and nothing got loose)

The ordering process was easy. I got an email the next business day asking if the average production time of 6-8 weeks. I thought that was a nice touch. They stuck to that timeline and I received my purchase within 8 weeks. The product is good quality and very beautiful.
