As well as that the product is superb. In particular the Capsule X model.
I have bow 3 products from them, and my parents and friends have also purchased now. Highly recommend to anyone considering.

Fantastic customer service.
I had a slight issue with my Halo vacuum cleaner today. I phoned and spoke to Nay who was amazing. She looked at the photos that I sent over, diagnosed the issue and put a new part in the post for me.
No fuss, no query and all satisfactorily resolved within a matter of minutes.

We have had our original Halo Capsule since August 2022. Lightweight, so easy to use and with the huge advantage of having bags which capture and collect the dust and muck (no emptying in the bin with clouds of dust everywhere which you have previously vacuumed up !! , how did we ever think this was better ?).

Have had a few minor issues which have been dealt with very efficiently by the company, most recently after the two year warranty had expired by several months (parts sent at no cost).

I am so impressed with the after sales service from Halo and the way they clearly value customers; I have just ordered the newer Halo Capsule X for upstairs.

I have total confidence that if anything goes wrong then as a customer you will be looked after by this company.

Halo responded within 20 mins to my email about the problem with my machine , and sorted a replacement part the same day , it arrived very quickly , so I am very happy customer .

Contacted the company because of a problem with my 4 year old halo. Very quick response by e mail suggesting things to try and when these did not solve the problem I was offered a brand new halo at an exceptionally good price. Exceptional customer service.

I had read many reviews on the Halo so I decided to buy the Capsule X.
It was delivered super fast and I was kept upto date during the delivery.it came well packaged and protected.It was simple to put it together and within minutes it was ready to go.The battery lasted long enough to vac the whole house.All in all it’s a great buy👍

Emailed to say I was having issues with my new vacuum cleaner. Told them the issue. They said they would send new body unit to me. Recieved 2 days later and all working great. Very fast and efficient customer service. Very happy customer

I'm a serial hoover buyer, there I've said it, so have purposely waited a year to do this review. This is the time I usually fall out of love with my shiny new hoover, as they start to lose power and just don't perform like they did at the start of the relationship. Pleased to report this is not the case with the Halo, the best cordless ever and I've tried them all. So powerful still a year in, just make sure you buy a spare battery and this will be the last hoover you will ever need to buy.

After 4 years of ownership had an issue with my Capsule (which was definitely user error) and offered very reasonable solutions with a heavy discount on a new version. Very happy with the old unit which has lived up to its reputation as a very effective and good value cordless vac. Would definitely recommend this company

Great product. I've had others twice as expensive and this is just as good. Had a little hiccup with a part and the replacement arrived courier service the next day. Cant fault this Company.

Very good efficient response and delivery by FedEx to my online order for the new Capsule X.
The cleaner arrived neatly boxed and was easy to assemble with good clear instructions. I was impressed with the colour choice and quality of the components. I immediately tried it to see whether I would keep it or return in under the 30 day guarantee. The only downside to it in my opinion is the guidance in the handbook which says for best results it should be used on Performance power for carpet cleaning which indicates a battery life of 25 minutes rather than the 60 minutes claimed for Eco power. I am holding on to it for a few more days as the accessories are good for non carpet cleaning and will make my mind up then whether to keep or return.

Wonderful customer service! Cannot fault how quickly my issue was resolved. My original capsule failed and when requesting a refresh was offered a brand new machine instead. I took the opportunity to update and bought the X Model.

Was delighted to receive the new model the following day - well done to their customer service team for keeping an existing customer very happy.

After advising me to check the appliance to ensure the problem could not be resolved, the faulty part was immediately replaced.

Efficient machine, charges quickly and retains power very well.
Bags look small but hold an awful lot of dust.
We have 2 dogs so we need a very good hoover and the Halo Capsule is brilliant.

Bad customer service. Main tube inside my hoover has riped and it is now totally unusable. They cannot offer repair or replacement part. Just offered me a new Hoover at a slightly reduced rate ! I’ve hardly used it and it is just out of warranty. My previous Hoover lasted me 10 years. Not worth the money. Don’t buy!!

I bought my Halo Capsule in Dec 2023 - it is an excellent cleaner, very much to be recommended for performance and ease of use.
I had an issue with the motor, which was entirely my fault (I used it without filter in place, which I expected to invalidate the guarantee), but the Halo team still responded speedily and helpfully: they're wonderful!
