Great support and perfect resolution after a delivery problem
I had an issue with my order due to a delivery problem with the courier, where the parcel was initially marked as delivered but never actually arrived.
From that moment on, the team at CappellettoShop handled everything in a very professional and supportive way. They immediately contacted the courier, kept me updated throughout the investigation, and stayed proactive even when the process took some time.
The parcel was eventually located, returned to the shop, and they promptly arranged a new shipment – this time via a different courier to ensure safe delivery.
In the end, the shoes arrived perfectly and exactly as expected.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to solving the problem and their consistent communication during the whole process.
Excellent customer service and a shop I would definitely recommend.
