The purchase experience was perfect. Vishu has been wonderful and very helpful.
Delivery, however, not as good as we originally thought. The men were quick, tidy and polite. Later we found out that they didn't actually plug the stove completely into the socket, they did not install the security bracket and if there was a manual in the box they did not give it to us. Took several phone calls to customer service over several hours to finally have them mail the proper manual to us. They insisted on the serial number of the stove and we could not find it. Two days later when we did my husband 83 years old had to get down on his belly to find it on the inside back of the low oven drawer. Stupid place to put it. Love the stove though.

We have a 33 year old house, and most manufacturer's fridges are too tall these days. When ours died on a Thursday night, we realized what a challenge we were going to have finding a new one to fit. Christina was a huge help. She walked me through a few options, then dug around her system to find more. We had it delivered and installed by Monday. The delivery team were excellent. Friendly and helpful even though they had to remove and replace the front door. Everything is up and running smoothly. And Christina has sent helpful followup information in case there are warranty claims.
We actually bought our washer/dryer here a couple of years ago, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
