Wide choice of pension plan options
I was kept informed of the progress of my pension transfer. The choice of pension investments was good and the plan I chose suited my needs. When an error occurred due to the admin team at my company pension it was highlighted immediately by the Canada Life team

Changing address.
I was able to speak to a person which is a rare thing these days and they were very helpful.I needed to change my address and it was all done in double quick time with no problems.

Some of the phone line support was very good, but others quite poor, a lack of consistency. I don't seem to be able to log into an online accouts, is this not possible after an annuity has been taken out?

Never regretted using Canada Life
I and my wife selected Canada Life in ignorance over 20 years ago.
We never regretted the decision.

I was happy with arranging an annuity with Canada Life. Not a company I would have though of initially but they ranked highly in comparison with other companies. I was glad that everything went through smoothly (including receiving the first payment) and no surprises.
