My flowers weren't delivered on the right day (my daughter's birthday). I ordered online the day before. An email from Canada Flowers was sent to me the day of delivery stating that an additional $11 was owing due to a misread of the address. I didn't see the email until end of work hours, as I was busy most of the day, so the flowers were not sent. When there was no response to the email, why wasnt I called? WHY is it necessary to provide you my phone number if you don't intend to use it?

The flowers and arrangements were beautiful and striking.

Nothing delivered on time, food was pretty much gone bad once was able to pick it up. Super over priced. Same day delivery is just something they tell you not something they strive to do. Will never be ordering from this company again. I’d be better off picking dandelions in my front yard

Easy navigation of the site. Delivered in a timely manner. The receipts of the flower arrangement were extremely pleased and overjoyed. They expressed that “It was the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen!” Thank you for making their special day so wonderful.

I was trying to track my order as it was a special anniversary for our friends and was hoping for an early delivery.!!
At , 6:15 I called to find out where my flowers were and the lady that answered said she didn't know. .
I was getting frantic and called again but they were closed.
I finally got a message the following morning that they were delivered..

My flowers were delivered in time to the UK. My sister was so surprised. She sent me a photo of them and yes I was pleased but felt there was a little too much greenery and not enough colour but other than that. I was pleased. :)

Ordering online was effortless. Alot of choices were available & price ranges were helpful. Delivery was on time & the delivery dates were convenient. Would definitely order again.

Easy shopping experience, timely same-day delivery

I ordered online, they arrived. They looked like the picture.

The flower arrangement is beautiful and delivered in time.

The flowers were not fresh. I added a note but we never received one.

Recipient advised that the flowers were very nice.

I ordered and paid $80 for a"Planter Basket" for birthday delivery in Winnipeg. The recipient received a "cut flower" arrangement in error and I immediately contacted Canada Flowers customer service requesting a replacement delivery of my original order.
Over the next 3 days I exchanged over 30 emails with a variety of customer service personnel all of whom apologized for the error but in every case would not commit to either a replacement delivery or a refund to my Visa account citing "we cannot provide a refund as a delivery has already been made".
On day 3 I was finally offered a "store credit for future purchases" although my preference was for the original item to be delivered . The credit offered was for $55 which was the original price for the planter basket without tax or delivery charges.
My impression over the entire email exchanges was that their customer service individuals are following a company policy playbook to apologise, but also to avoid providing refunds or replacements by procrastinating and delaying every option open to the customer.
This was a frustrating and time consuming experience to resolve a simple error on delivery by the company which should have been corrected to customer satisfaction without question.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday and provided the correct address and contact details. Our building has a full concierge service, so there was no reasonable excuse for the delivery to fail.

Instead of resolving the issue properly, they called me after 5:00 PM to say the flowers would not be delivered. By that time, the entire purpose of the order was ruined. A birthday flower delivery is time-sensitive; delivering late or not at all completely defeats the point.

To make matters worse, after failing to deliver, they then said a full refund was “not guaranteed” because the item may have already been designed. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for delivery on a specific date, and they failed to provide the service.

Poor communication, poor accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend using this company for any important occasion.

Customer service was excellent. The delivery person actually wished the couple a happy anniversary when they answered the door. What a lovely personal touch.

Experience was very good except for the fact that no red carnations were available…re Canada Day, otherwise it would be 5/5. Delivery, correspondence etc. was great. Recipient loved though. Thanks.
