Bad or no service
I ordered a tent from Camping World.uk. in September 2024. Which I sent back, to get my money back. Completely according to their promised return policy.
I contacted Camping world. Uk. Several times to get my money back and was promised this, including on 20/11-2024 where I was told that due to the Christmas rush, it could take some time, which I accepted,
When nothing happened after Christmas, I contacted again, still without anything happening, I was told that I should contact another department, where I was told that the matter did not fall under their jurisdiction.
After contacting 3 different departments, I still have not received my money back, despite the fact that at one point I was asked to send my IBAN and BIC no. so that they could return the money.
Have written to them “Camping World uk.” over 20 times and am promised that something will happen in the matter or am referred to another department in the company where nothing happens either.
So my advice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMPING WORLD UK. If you are not completely sure that it is the product you are looking for. Their return system does not work

This company has let me down for the second time. I placed an order with a lead 7-14 day wait. I emailed for an update and was assured that the item would be in stock within the agreed timescale. When I hadn’t heard any updates I emailed again and got no response. The online tracking doesn’t recognise my order number.

Were good service. Nice sellers, they explain everything in detail. We will definitely come back here again.

Placed a order for two Isabella sun loungers with camping world uk at the time of ordering it stated 3-5 working days delivery
As soon as I made the purchase I received a email saying there was a problem at the warehouse and my items were going to be delayed but was promised I would get them before the 15th they never arrived so I cancelled and requested a refund that I’m still waiting for
So Iv now instructed my credit card provider to issue a section 75
The whole experience using camping world has been a complete nightmare and would never use again
Iv been lied to and fobbed off from the moment I placed my order

Not a very good company to deal with at all, Ordered an awning to be told its not in stock but due in to them in 3-4 days so waited still nothing contacted them again via email was told they were working hard to get my order sorted and shipped this was 4 weeks since the initial order, In the end i cancelled the order and went somewhere else and was told a refund would take 14 working days and still no refund after 20 working days and they still saying its been processed !! not a very good experience

Another review here as there is still no progress getting a refund from this company. Ordered in January. No items by mid March, even though meant to be delivered in 5-7 days. They had no timeline on when goods would be delivered. Requested a refund. Said it was sent for a refund in March. No refund by May. Multiple emails, WhatsApp messagea and reviews here finally got me an email from them which told me they were investigating my refund and looking into it all. When I heard nothing and left another review and sent another email, I was contacted to be asked not to leave another review or email as everytime I complained it opened a new investigation and it was just prolonging things for me so it was a case of we will contact you, don't contact us. That was over a month ago. Still nothing. Nearly 2k they have of my money. Preparing all documents for the financial ombudsman.

Very helpful staff and great deals

Item never received despite being advertised as having a 2–3 day delivery from their warehouse. After numerous emails, they asked me to provide the latest acceptable delivery date, but even that date passed without the item being delivered or any follow-up from the company.

I was ultimately forced to cancel my order due to the lack of communication and failure to meet their promises. Based on my experience, I would not buy from them again and would urge others to exercise caution before ordering.
