Absolutely delightful lady on the perfume counter in Newbury today. I wasn't sure what I needed to get (eau de perfam, eud de toilette, parfam?!) and she helped me choose, explained the difference and the pricing. Very friendly great service!

The customer service is absolutely amazing the two guys that deliver and carry out repairs are extremely helpful, friendly and polite they are a credit to the company, dealings with anyone back and front of house at Newbury is first rate.

I'm surprised a company like Camp Hopson uses a parking firm like Napier Parking.
This parking firm is over zealous and uncaring in their approach to claims.
I know people will say you should pay and deserve a fine for infringement, and I agree, but Napier are not interested in Camp Hopson's reputation, only their profits.

Hello, we used the private park of Camp Hopson on the 5th of March. We paid for two hours first and extended it another hour. While we were leaving, my daughter needed to go to the toilet, so my wife took her to Costca's toilet while we were waiting in the car. My daughter faced an unfortunate medical situation at the toilet (bleeding hemorrhoids with constipation) and it made us quite sad. On top of this sad experience, now we got an overstay parking ticket. The car park was almost empty, we were not in a parking position but rather waiting for my wife and daughter. The signs are not clear enough to inform that it's a camera-operated parking area and even waiting in the car temporarily would cause such fines. I would wait for my daughter 50 meters away if I knew this. This is very unfair and sad. I appreciate your help on this.
