Never came and no communication

My Partner ordered me a birthday present from Calissa about 3 weeks ago, it's now my birthday and the order has not arrived. I have sent two emails with no reply. Both my partner and i are super upset it hasn't come, and i'm even more upset that i have had no communication. The fact it was $150 worth of products is even more upsetting :(.

We are really sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. I can confirm that we received a message in the chat on the 16th which we replied via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder in case the email went directly there.

As mentioned in our email, we have contacted our carrier to learn about where your order is. We have also included a tracking link so that you can follow the parcel. Unfortunately there are some delays due to the current pandemic situation. We appreciate your continued patience. We are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you.

Please rest reassured that we are keeping an eye on your parcel. In the case that it doesn't arrive, we will either fully refund you or resend your order at no extra cost.

The best bath brush ever!

Hello Calissa,

It is with pleasure that I respond to your request for a review of your shower/bath brush - it is exactly what I was looking for! It enables me to scrub my entire body, and especially my back, with no difficulty. And it's made of very beautiful wood, with a pleasing feel in the hand.
It arrived safely about a week ago, in spite of the current problems with air deliveries.

Amazing Shopping Experience

I always find the best products for the best and most fair prices at Calissa. The shipping is very fast, they always add tons of great samples with every order and the customer service has been excellent whenever I've had a problem so far. I hope they will always stay in business...
