Product never turned up and didn't respond to emails about it.

I can’t give a zero star review but I would if I could !!
My order was placed and paid for on 06/07/23 and I still haven’t received it some 3 weeks later. I have emailed, messaged and tried to ring but with no result or reply. I understand that a business could be having problems BUT at least communicate with your customers or STOP taking orders you can’t fulfil.
This is very poor customer service and I am very disappointed . Next step is to try to recover my money via the bank.

EDITED to add that my order has arrived and I have increased the star rating . My comments about the lack of communication still stand however and if I had known that fulfilment of the order would take so long I would have bought from a different company.

Having ordered and paid for this product 2 weeks ago, I have still not received it - and now I have been asked how I rate the company!!!!

Changing my review as I have now received my order and the products are fantastic quality! However, still important to note that it took a really long time to arrive after ordering and I got no communication from the company despite multiple messages on Instagram, their website contact form and messenger about availability of stock / where my order was. Still really lovely products and brilliant ethos.

I had to wait a long time after my order , and tried to contact numerous times and never got any replies or updates.

Fantastic service, as ever! I ordered products for a friends birthday (which she was delighted with) and she said it was packaged beautifully, arrived in time and they also popped a little happy birthday note inside!

I bought Old Faithful Reunion oil based face cleanser. It came well packed and was delivered on time - I like the branding too (plain and simple). I was looking for a natural, ethical cleanser for older skin and this fits the bill perfectly. I was sceptical about how an oil could cleanse but have been very pleasantly surprised. It leaves my skin feeling clean and plump - I have no evidence that it has lessened wrinkles but it certainly feels that way. I am on my second bottle and will continue to use this product. Just looking for a natural, ethical, low fragrance moisturiser for older skin now!

Customer service experience from purchase through to delivery was excellent. Products purchased are a gift so can't comment specifically on them. However bought some items last year as a gift and feedback was very positive.
