They quoted me for hair removal, I paid in full and then they charged me, saying it wasn't quoted? But that's not the worst - I had three or four treatments out of 7 or 8, they never called me back after the original technician left. The service does not appear to take care of customers.

My experience with this place has been great. The owner Vandana and her team are so attentive to every detail of my needs. I have been going there regularly for my skin care and recently hooked on to brow/lash tint and I must say it my therapist Sheilja is one of a kind. Feel pampered and glowing. Have been seeing incredible results over short period. Needless to say love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality care and absolutely worth the price.

All was wonderful until a procedure went wrong to be fair no fault of anyone's,but as it went wrong the communication became less and I felt fobbed off-I had to go to head office where a wonderful lady Brandy assisted me-still waiting for a result from Ashburton Caci.

They are very polite, happy and bubbly staff at the clinic that are very welcoming as you walk through the door. You feel very pampered and relaxed during your appointments, everything is explained during your appointment and the staff are very professional and helpful about your skin care needs and after care if needed.

The consultant listened to what I wanted to achieve and the communication was a great experience.

As a 60+ passionate wahine, wife, Mama Bear, Nana Bear, fulltime worker, proactive iwi representative and community volunteer, it is now time to add another ( but most important) responsibility to the list, it is time for me! I don't want to be 25 again, heaven forbid I am embracing me and all that I am! To front up to Caci Clinic, Palmerston North flaws, pores and all and ask them to advise me on the best care and wellbeing program they could to meet my needs, was initially daunting. But ohhhh my goodness after almost a year of treatments and pampering, insightful conversation and ongoing encouragement and advice, I need this in my life. Now, was my time, now was the right time. I have complete confidence in knowing I am in competent, efficient, professional and understanding hands. I trust my technicians! Thanks team this includes our wonderful customer service team. The manager Courtney and the staff, Chelsea & Brierlee are so lovely. I got a well overdue Hydra Facial and I purchased a Murad skin care pack which I absolutely love. They genuinely cared about my needs and assisted me as best as possible. Courtney went above and beyond!

It was lovely to be greeted with a lovely warm smile. I felt relaxed right from the start, thoroughly enjoyed my facial. It was also great to learn about products I needed for my face. In saying this they were certainly not forced on me, recommended and explained the reason why. Certainly well worth going to Caci for all your skin needs.
