When I made the reservation I specifically asked, at the webpage, for the car to be delivered to me at one of the shops in playa blanca. But upon arrival i was surprised to see that this shop was closed... so I had to find out which shop was open in order to get the car. I think the webpage should inform if the requested shop is open on the selected day and, if not, which one is. The car that we drove during the week had a few problems with the fuel indicator.

In 5 minutes, i had the contract and car included two special seats for children. As I booked by their website. without surprises. Cheap, quality, nice and friendly staff. What else? Car return was also quick

I ordered the car online for the full 10 days of my holiday. The cost was very reasonable and there were no hidden extras. For the price, the car and two drivers are fully covered with insurance. Although I didn't get the car I had ordered, I got a different one in the same cost category and I was pleased with it. I had no problems whatsoever with the car itself and the pick up and drop off were really easy. I received a map and a CD with directions and places to visit. Unfortunately the CD didn't work and I tried to change it at one of the many Cabrera offices, but they were unable to change it. It didn't really matter because the map was largely sufficient and I only tried to change it at one office. I would highly recommend this rental company!

Easy collection and drop off.
Vehicles generally new and in good condition.
No hidden extras and no 'fuel fiddle', you pay for what you use.
Many offices and service centres.
Had cause last year to have all 4 tyres replaced as they were badly worn. Disappointing that the car was sent out on hire like this, but quickly dealt with. Suggest more attention given to tyre condition by the Company.

Hired a car here for a week recently. On arrival in Airport Terminal desk was easy to find, manned and without a queue (the multinational competition were struggling with their booking by the looks of things). Was given a choice of car (what i booked or upgrade gratis) and paperwork only took five minutes. Car was parked less than two minutes walk from the hire desk in the terminal.
Beautiful car, no issues throughout week and returning car was simplicity itself, just took keys to desk and that was that.
Will use again and recommend to anyone traveling to Lanzarote!

Hired car from airport it was so easy. Would have no worrys in doing this again

Booked a 7 seat car with 2 booster seats for when we arrived at Lanzarote on our canaries cruise. The booking process was easy and confirmation was received by E Mail. When arriving at the office the paperwork process was quick and the representative was friendly and helpful. The car was not very old and was clean. I strongly recommend this company for car hire.

Going to Lanzarote a couple of times per year, Cabreramedina rental car services is just great for me. Make an online reservation, pick-up the car at the airport and off we are. Never faced any technical problems with the car or any administrative problems about prices and hidden costs. Just the way it should be I think, but with some other companies not always beinhg the case.

We would recommend as they were no fuss to use and good value for money. They had good quality cars except for superficial damage. They picked us up at our hotel and took us back to the office and off we went. When we brought the car back we just handed the keys over and walked away.
