Bad cars And Bad attention at Costa teguise office
I recommend any company, for 10 € more you'll have better service and better cars.
I was on 29 December morning, because the reservation department told me that i could change my car without problem in that office. And the man from Costa Teguise office didnt change my car And never Call back as he told me for the change.
The car was dirty and very old.
Estuve el 29 de diciembre por la mañana, ya que desde el departamento de Reservas de la empresa me dijeron que cambiarían mi coche sin problema y no solo me atendieron Fatal si no que el señor que atendía me dijo que me llamaría por la tarde para cambiarme el
Coche y nunca llamó.
El coche estaba sucio frenaba mal y era muy antiguo.
Recomiendo cualquier otra compañía porque por 10€ más vas a tener un mejor servicio y mejores coches.

Great Service and excellent vehicle

No issues
Been using this company twice in Lanzarote now, both times early on in the year without any issue. Cars were clean and very good condition. The personel was kind and most importantly no surprises on my card after the trip. The fuel policy is the best kind (car supplied with a 1/4 tank full, you bring it back with a 1/4 tank) and they allow for the car hire costs to be paid in cash. Added bonus of being supplied with a free map and audio-guide to the island.

The car wasn't there on time
The car dind't wait on us at the hotel, as agreed. Cabrera Medina changed the agreed date and didn't appear then in our hotel too! Next day we visited their office, which was closed despite working hours.
We called another of their offices and only then somebody arrived and picked my husband up.
We didn't get any discount for that and had to rent the car for one day longer than we needed to be offered the price that was indicated on the webpage.
The car was OK but there was definitely less gas than indicated in the agreement.
The car was fine, no problems with that.

Really very happy about Cabrera Medina rent a car
I have used Cabrera Medina in Lanzarote (offices in the airport and in Marina Rubicon) for 10 years and I am always extremely satisfied. I make the reservations online as soon as I know my flights. In their offices, the staff is friendly and very competent. The administration only takes about 5 minutes and I have my papers incl. insurance, my car keys and a map of the island and I am ready for my holidays.

Easy and simple
The service provided was very good and simple. The car was clean and quite new. The car price was a bit more expensive that others international car rentals, but they included child car seats for free that made the whole deal way better. I'll rent from them in our next trip to the Canary Islands.

Good price / quality without surprises and easy check-in / check-out
I booked by internet just 1 day in advance for 10 daysand the contract was correctly prepaired. Only had to pay by receiving the keys and it was all inluded except gas. The car was clean and upgraded. If anything would happen then Cabrera Medina was best organized on the Canaries for help. Some Car rentals will help you to show and explain the car but they are more expensive.
The system of receiving an empty gastank is the only negative point I can find, lucky there are filling stations nearby.
