Very good prices and great selection of foods and spices to choose from. Very fast delivery too. I bought True Ceylon Cinnamon verum which is supposed to be the best one to take for internal use. I bought a small amount of it in powder form and a small amount of it as rolls of the bark, the Alba Ceylon Cinnamon which they said is the best grade. I wasn't sure how many I would get for the weight I chose but I received several. I haven't counted them yet but they look very cute in a clear cellophane bag. Also bought some Carob powder as an alternative to cocoa powder. I haven't tasted it yet because I need to buy some storage jars to put the powdered goods in before I open the packets so they don't spill every where. I also bought some ground Flaxseed in a resealable pouch. I hope to buy more things from this Company because their prices are very reasonable and their delivery time is fast too.
