Finally! A good supplier!
I am exremely happy with my recent purchase, I have struggled finding a decent supplier of stick tip extensions as i found the tips to be far too thick! This hair slides perfectly into the micro rings. This company is also very reliable, I can't imagine using anyone else now.

ridiculous service
bought american dream color ring its not matched to my colors tried to exchange it but didn't get the correct one and they said no refund only 90% credit on shops i myself a human hair extensions manufacturer as i have got everything i dont need anything ed to give the refund if it is 10 to 20 pound then fine but its expensive i paid total 59 pound for nothing .useless .i do understand the terms & conditions but it should be flexible depends on the situation.its really ridiculous.

I have been buying Kanekalon to make my own chewbacca costume. Katrina has a fantastic telephone manner and has been very helpful. Fantastic service
I bought some clip in extensions but unfortunately I'm clearly in denial at how dark my hair actually is and ordered the wrong colour. I sent them back without a problem and got a new set without any hassle at all. Overall very pleased with the service.

fantastic service always

item was defected!
no exchange because i have damaged the box containing the faulty fringe!Fringe only has two clips,but it should have 3 clips so i can't clip it!
Bad customer service on the phone,the employer told me that if i wanted an extra clip,i had to add an extra one and saw it myself but than she said this type of fringe only has two clips to attach it,which it was a lie,because
i bought few of the same fringes from them before and they were always fine!

I can see that in your last order, you bought an I&K Bold and Blunt fringe which does in fact only ever have 2 clips on it. However, looking at your previous orders, I can see you bought the I&K Clip-in Bangs which is a different style fringe and does have 3 clips on it. I hope this helps.

i am very pleased with my purchase which was for my daughter. very good match with her own hair colour
Even though my address was put down wrong on the delivery manifest and returned to sender. It was handled very professionally and re-posted out next day delivery at no extra charge.
I have mentioned how good the hair extensions look to friends and they are interested in purchasing them too.

Superfast delivery, top contents as always.
Only minus is really that there was no shipping info attached on the outside of the package so the customs had to open it to check, this kept the hair in customs for 5 days extra.

My item was not in stock and so I received a phonecall from an operator who went through the possible alternatives. Unfortunately the alternative product was not quite right for me due to the clips being too large (visible under fine hair) but the advice was helpful.

Not at all happy with Buy Hair.co.uk
Wanted to place an order for a human hair ponytail but phoned to double check because the reference no. of the ponytail I wanted was different from the Balmain website. The lady on the telephone advised me to which colour was the lightest available from the range,and said the number Buyhair offered was the correct one. I trusted her advise, having also told her my hair is grey, and that it would have to be coloured. She told me that it could be dyed to my colour. She also advised me that Buyhair offers a dying service on human hair if my own hairdresser would not be able to dye it. Subsequently I placed the order which was over £ 100 . The order arrived well in time within one week, but my hairdresser thought it was to yellop to dye it. I than phoned Buyhair again and now a lady told me that I could not return the hair for a lighter colour(which I originally saw at the Balmain site, and which i spoke to the first lady abou) and also that Buyhair does not offer a colouring service at all. Now I am totally stuck with a useless ponytail.And £ 100 out of pocket.
Absolutely disgracefull service, and amateur advice. A shambles !!
Will never buy anything from Buyhair again, and do not advise anybody to use their service. Very disappointed.

I can understand your frustration at firstly receiving a ponytail which does not match your hair colour and secondly being misformed about our company being able to dye this to match your hair colour. I'm afraid we do not offer this service and we will certainly make sure all of our staff know not to advise this in future.
As you mentioned yourself, the Balmain human hair ponytails are non-returnable (as stated on the product description on BuyHair) because they are bespoke products that are made to order for each individual client.
