Not very quick delivery, I returned the item as it wasn't my colour. Got a phone call asking if I would like a different colour but I said no and that I wanted my money back. Got my money back but down approx £6.00. I take it this is the VAT & delivery that they dont refund. Quite a chunk to lose just because it isn't your colour. Wont be using them again because of this!

Iteams were described as real hair..hair was fake

I purchased what were said to be 'Grade AAA Remy Silky Straight' weft hair extensions, (which were shipped and arrived in the U.S. very promptly) and for the first three days of wear, that statement held up. After the third day, everything went downhill. The hair extensions were definitely no longer silky, if anything they felt wiry, and were a nightmare of tangles. Straight? Pfft. They had a wave deeper and more defined than any I'd ever seen on natural hair. And 'Grade AAA Remy?' Absolutely not. No two strands of hair next to each-other had the cuticle in the same direction. This was unbelievably disappointing, especially from a company that I had heard so many people speak so highly of.

I buy all of my hair from BuyHair.co.uk and my clients never have any complaints. Recently I bought myself a blonde weft from the site and couldnt fault the service. Its fast, efficient, friendly, customer service staff are always very helpful when I need to ring them for any matter, and the hair is fantastic quality. I recommend the site to all my hairdressing friends when they need a new supplier. The recent free postage and packaging offer was superb I was expecting a much slower service but the next day my package arrived. I dont think I can rate you highly enough.

I am in the painful process of growing out my black locks to what is now almost 100% silver. I bought some white clip-on extensions and they look fantastic! I have had so many compliments from people.

The product was condsiderally cheaper than i buy in my salon even with VAT and delivery costs with the but one get one free offer was 1/3 of the price.

Delivery was speedy and hassle free with good packaging to protect the product.

I am afraid I would recommend buyhair to a friend for the following reason:

I ordered the sleek Italian weave online and when I went to pay my payment would not go through
The following day I rang to order the hair over the phone and the same happened
I rang my bank and they said that the first online payment that I had made had indeed gone through
I rang back and informed the assistant who said she would have to check and get back to me
She checked and could verify that I had indeed paid and processed my order
Towards the end of the day she calls back and informs me that the hair I ordered was no longer available
I questioned why it was advertised as still available?The response was because it takes us a while to update our systems!
The only alternative which I could find that was is similar to the hair I wanted was the sleek Bahamas but at a more expensive
price
I therefore requested that due to the inconveniences caused to myself that I pay the same as for my original purchase. My request was declined but free postage was offered
I have also had to return the jumbo braiding hair that I ordered as this was of poor quality and nothing in comparison to the true expression hair

So I won't be shopping with Buyhair again, I wanted to,try somewhere new but I have been left very disappointed.

Have tryed a few different hair companies and was recomended to try this one after a few disasters before....Ordered with this company Buy Hair from the UK took 5 days to arrive at my Home in Fiji Islands, was very impressed with the response time, very easy website, and to order..The hair was great.
Will be ordering again!

I order a set of Hair extensions for a next day delivery as i needed them for the following day. i wasnt happy with the price but paid it so i had them in time.
My order arived the next day wot was great, but when i opened the box i found they had sent me the wrong colour, and when i examined the box it had the word 'EXCHANGE' hand written down one side. I know these were not what i had asked for. as a result of this i was unable to use my product.
i dont think i'll use them again

These streaks are absolutely the most fun you can have for the money. I've bought five different colours now - red wine, burgundy, hot pink and electric blue. A different hairstyle to match each outfit.
I kidded all my friends I've been having my hair coloured in my lunch break and they believed me. They look that good. Just the green to try now, and I'm happy.
