Although I had to buy new extensions due to the previous ones being the wrong colour so I tried to dye them with the impression that they should be real hair, however the colour did not change & ruined my extensions. The new extensions I have recently purchased are however the right colour & exactly how I wanted. Shame they didn't get it right first time

I'm pleased you are happy with the extensions you now have. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the first set you bought. I haven't been able to find a previous order for you to look into this further, I can only find the one order for the ones you were satisfied with. We recommend you don't dye extensions even though they are 100% human hair as they are already heavily processed using a textile dye, so further chemical processing can damage the hair or make it go a different colour to what you expect. But at least now you have found a perfect colour match so you won't need to worry about this. I hope you continue to shop with us in the future.

absolutly stunning looks achieved
I purchased 3 ponytail hair pieces with blonde ends
The result i look amazing in each one of them , and get wolf whistled at so much i feel on cloud nine being in my 60s
I never thought id get such reactions
they look and feel like real hair and the price was amazing and
they all arrived on date said, definaly over the moon i purchased them and will continue to buy more in the future , I would recommend buying from this company and have told all my friends about them i gave 5 stars but they are 10 out of 10 in my view. go on treat yourself you wont be dissapointed.

It was ok, I found it was a bit wavy so I used my hair straightner on
it and it did help but still had a bit of a wave in it.

The fringe can be washed as it is human hair, so it might be worth washing and blow-drying it into the shape you like and then running the straightners over it to make it extra smooth. Not suitable for chemo patients
I have recently finished chemotherapy and my hair is starting to grow back, a friend suggested a clip on bun so that I don't need to wear the wigs, so when I ordered the item it said clip on so I presumed it was something that I could somehow clip onto my short hair, however it cannot be done and even if I had enough hair to put inside then it was far too heavy so would fall off, so at the moment I have waisted my money, it is however a very nice bun and matches my hair but of no use.
Maybe you could come up with something that could be suitable for chemo patients that hair is just starting to come back, I think you would therefore make a lot of money with this type of product.

I'm sorry to hear that the product you ordered was unsuitable. We do accept returns as long as the items are unworn and returned to us within 7 days. You are still within your 7 days if you are able to send the item back to us?
These type of buns are not something we would recommend for chemotherapy patients. We have a customer service team who are more than happy to advise you which products would meet your requirements. We have lots of hair pieces available to offer customers who have hair which is in the process of growing back and we would be happy to discuss these products with you at any time.
I hope we can discuss these matters further and help you find something more suitable.

fantastic customer service
buyhair has an issue with their website in that it is not updated regularly, so you can end up putting things into your shopping cart, paying for it and then find out that the item is not in stock. However, the staff more than make up for this issue as they are friendly, helpful and will find you alternatives if possible
