Ordered a diamond tennis bracelet had it made slightly longer, so it took 3 weeks which was quoted from ordering to delivery, as soon as it was ready it was sent the next day. Product is great and purchased at a good price. Communication is a little poor as I purchased on the 10th December with next day delivery and it only arrived on the 23rd December. Not dreadful, but I had to chase a number of times to ask where it was etc which had me worried. I would purchase from them again though having received it.

It could be quite a daunting thing to buy a diamond eternity ring remotely during lockdown. But Jigar made the process easy and painless. We had been looking for a diamond eternity ring for a while, and the timing seemed right as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary this year. Jigar gave us clear, unbiased and helpful advice in a series of video calls where we discussed rings of various sizes and designs and how they might fit with an existing ring. We quickly gained respect for his views, as it was clear that he wasn’t just out to sell us the most expensive ring - he was also willing to point out, very diplomatically, any choices we might make that were limiting. Once the ring had been commissioned we were told it would take 4 weeks to make, and we duly received a text 4 weeks later to say it was ready. We’re absolutely delighted with the ring. The quality of the diamonds, and the workmanship is exceptional - we have seen many far more expensive rings in our search that are not to this standard. We’re now thinking of asking them to modify an existing ring for us.

Recently bought a custom ring, timescales slightly longer than expected but completely open with this....value for money cannot be beaten, received the ring when they said I would, with a valuation and presented beautifully, strongly recommended!!!

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive about buying such an item without seeing it but the gentleman who answered my questions was extremely helpful & was very happy to supply extra pictures of the bracelet. The description of the bracelet was exactly what I received, more than happy with it.

I wanted to buy something special in memory of my late father. I messaged first and made an appointment. There was such a great variety of ring styles to chose from. I thought I knew what style I wanted but it was so nice to try so many. The diamond I chose for the mount is beautiful and came with a GIA certificate, I honestly didn’t think it’d get such a beautiful diamond within my budget. I was so impressed with the quality and variety I ended up buying diamond earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet. I will, without doubt, return to buy from these guys again.

Bought a ring on eBay , the item showing as in stock . Notified of postage , we paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived. After numerous requests for tracking and no response from company , we went to PayPal and suddenly we had tracking and notification the ring on its way. It would not have taken much just to be honest with us instead of messing us completely about. I gave feedback on eBay which they managed to have removed , so this feedback hopefully will stay and persuade other potential customers to be very wary indeed.
