Ordered the gate as a replacement

However I received emails and updates regarding the gate and delivery times and on the day had an email saying it
Was coming between and particular time slot. The gate its self was excellent strong and exactly what we wanted. Fixed it into place today and it looks great. Thank you so much good price too.

Updated now arrived -No delivery or contact as to why
Order was due for delivery 8.32 to 12.32 on August 22nd. Now 5pm and no sign of delivery and no communication as to why. Office not open until Monday. Not impressed 😡
Spoke to company today and they said text had been sent out and apologised if I did not receive it. Delivery replanned for Wednesday. Fingers crossed
Update - now delivered to back garden on time and product is good. Thank you

Very poor quality panels
Very poor quality panels. Claim to be treated but not treated at all and have arrived with green growth on all the panels. Very flimsy and not worth the money at all.

Fence never arrived
I paid for a specific delivery slot (given I had workmen booked in to complete the work, and I obviously waited in on the delivery day for my order) but received no communication beyond a delivery note with photos of a random location just 15 minutes into my paid slot. The delivery note said ‘delivery not signed for, driver ran out of hours’. There was no initiative from the delivery partner or company. I had to call to enquire. When I called to rearrange, I was told there was no option but to go to the back of the queue. That meant waiting another week and a half with no guarantee. I was told there was no possibility for me to be put on the next delivery van, or even the ones after, I’d be at the back of the queue as if I’d just ordered there and then. This is totally frustrating and a kick in the teeth after already having missed the paid for delivery slot. Apparently even non-paid for slots can’t be nudged in delivery time, hence going to the back of the queue - a backwards system if you ask me. I asked for a refund instead, and ended up buying from another retailer who delivered exactly what I ordered, on time. Disappointed and frustrating. Would avoid.
