Buyfencingdirect Reviews

The delivery driver (Ryan) was outstanding and very helpful.

I bought 3 x 6ft x 6ft fence panels for £190.96, which I thought was very expensive for what I received.

2 x fence panels fitted into my slid in posts and I was left with a gap of about an inch to fill with bits off my old fence panels, which were 6ft by 6ft and fitted fine.
The 3rd fence panel I needed to cut down by about a foot to fill in my gap at the end, this is where the fun began!!

The fence panels partitions were that thin that every time I tried to saw them the slats of wood would just snap, and the wood had that many knots in the wood, they were falling apart on me as I tried my hardest to saw them to the size I needed.
I ended up repairing them myself and using the correct nails to hold them together, as before my eyes this panel was just falling apart.
Like everything the prices have shot up and the product has suffered in quality.
I wouldn’t buy these again and I do wonder how long it’ll be before I need to change them again due to the quality of wood they were made from.

The price for the fencing was very reasonable and the supplier / delivery service provided by Forest Garden Group were very efficient and helpful.
I would highly recommend.

I've used this company before, delivery service was excellent & found the products to be of a good quality.

Very responsive with the order and keeping me fully informed regarding delivery.

Exactly what I wanted. Good quality product and efficient delivery service.

Exceptional service

I was informed of delivery by email. Would have preferred text message as hadn't checked email. More my fault! Driver was great and carried fence to where I needed it. Would recommend and will certainly go to Buyfencingdirect if I need any similar products in the future. The fence seems of good quality and a good price compared to other suppliers.

Easy website and ordering, money off item, delivery bit slow but that’s fine

Easy website, competitive price and free delivery - perfect!

We have used Fencing Direct previously and found them to be first class.Very good quality and a fair price.Delivery again on time as promised. Very pleasant driver.

Ordering and delivery excellent. I was notified when item was 30mins out so I could be there for delivery.
A good solid shed. Fairly easy to construct. Window assembly was jot at all clear and could do with more diagrams. However I am delighted with purchase

Easy process

Purchased 5 fence panels from this company on two separate occasions and wouldn't go elsewhere. Their prices are so reasonable, delivery always on time. You're kept well informed about the status of your order from the moment you make a purchase. Can't fault them. Would definitely recommend

Third time we have purchased from this company . Fences are great and the delivery always when they say it will be delivered . Job done 👍

Poor product, said that they would make full refund on return of goods however would not send replacement or make refund before they had the fencing panels back. My customer for whom I had a fence to erect did not like the panels and I could not change them until this company had them back. In the end I had to obtain new panels from a more reputable supplier and use the poor quality product supplied on another job. I spend in excess of £150,000 on panels p.a. I would not use this company again. Complaints service not good.

Reasonable and easy to use

Ordering was straightforward kept in contact and delivered on time.
Highly recommended.
