Exceptionally good customer service from Lewis at Buy a Bike.
The range of bikes was vast .. seeing this I knew I’d be spoilt for choice.
After being measured for the correct bike frame, I was shown a lovely GT Grade gravel bike. There was no pressure in having to purchase the bike there and then. I did return after visiting many other bike shops and purchased the gravel bike.
Picking up the gravel bike was seamless; from the mechanics in the workshop putting on new accessories, the extra advice of keeping my bike safe at home and having someone put the bike in my car for the first time, made the whole experience worthwhile 😀

Buying a bike from BUY A BIKE was a great experience, the staff were friendly and very helpful, they are a very experienced team who can help you with any questions relating to all different types of bikes, they have a superb showroom.
My buying experience was made easy as they made sure my bike fit correctly to my height and explained everything i needed to know about the bike, would highly recommend a trip to their store for anything bike related

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Absolute 10/10 service from the start. Went in on the Saturday thinking of buying an e-mtb. 2 days later it’s ready to collect. They got everything set up for me and showed me how to work everything. Highly recommend

Took my cube e-bike for repair which was still under a 2 year warranty as per the cube website.The bike was switching itself off and potentially a problem with the motor although they did explain this may be due to the rear mech being removed which I had damaged a couple of days previously.Dropped it at the front desk where a woman explained that I had to pay £20 drop off fee which I found a little strange.It seems that this charge was for me giving them the privilege to look at the bike.I later received a call saying they had found a loose connection on the handlebar keypad which they had fixed and had test rode the bike and happy that the motor was fine.They said they would give it another test ride and would be in touch.I later received a text message that the bike was all done,was ready for collection and there would be £0 charge.I later collected the bike and asked do I get the £20 back as the bike was still under warranty and they had text me saying zero charge which I thought was a perfectly legitimate question.I got a firm no from the woman I dealt with earlier with some waffle about we’ve had the bike in the stand.At this point an older man appeared stating we are not in the business of ripping people off.I replied with I didn’t say you were, you need to be polite to your customers as per your sign suggests and you should consider how you speak to your customers. Again I asked about the warranty and the zero charge but got no response.I bought two bikes from them and spent over£4000 but never again will I set foot in this shop and deal with these undesirable and arrogant people there are plenty other bike shops in the area which can be used. I mentioned to the older man you’re on trustpilot to which he replied “Do what you want I don’t care”. Enjoy the £20 you clearly need it more than I do.

Popped in for a look and a chat while on the vicinity on holiday and came out with a new MTV. Fantastic service. Was able to collect my purchase the next day with all the extras I asked for. Well done BuyaBike.

Ordered for a delivery to my daughter. Contacted at all stages and arrived earlier than expected.

Wanted to swap my cycle scheme voucher from another shop to here as they had really messed me around. They were super helpful, friendly and had excellent communication. I ordered my bike early on in the week and was able to pick it up with all my extra bits about 3 days later. Super fast service. They tested everything with me when I arrived at the shop, checked everything was sized correctly. I really cannot fault their service. Thank you so much, I love my bike. I like how fast my bike got delivered but a little expensive and dosent till the exact time on the wen its gonnna come.
