It’s a very friendly environment for children, the stuff us very friendly and helpful

I would like to commend the Baby Room team for the fantastic care and engaging activities they provide every day. The activities are well planned, enjoyable, and clearly support the children's learning and development. The regular updates shared with parents are also excellent and very reassuring.
Congratulations to the new Baby Room Manager and the whole team. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment do not go unnoticed. Please keep up the amazing work you are making a real difference, and it is greatly appreciated by parents. I am truly impressed.

We've used Busy Bees nursery for our three children over the past 8 years and in the past few years the standard has declined significantly, to the point now they have basically failed their latest Ofsted inspection (search Ofsted for Busy Bees Newbury) which was even covered in the local press (search Busy Bees Newbury Weekly News).

Communication from Busy Bees central management is basically non-existent with no attempt to openly discuss and share their plans to improve. Ofsted required some 'Next Steps' to be addressed by the 5th June. Have they done anything? Have they shared their progress and been open with parents? Not at all. Management are interested in profits and making money, not providing an appropriate level of care and service or supporting their centre staff.

This awful Ofsted report also comes after months and months of 1 or 2 days a week of closure to various nursery rooms due to 'shortage of staff', often notifying parents at 17:30 the day before their child won't be able to come in the following day. Totally unacceptable and a breach of contract to provide a regular level of care. I would avoid these nurseries at all costs.

We couldn’t recommend busy bees Hyde enough- they’ve put us at ease from the moment we stepped in the door. Our little boy has come on leaps and bounds with his speech since starting at busy bees. The staff are supportive of one another and super approachable. Thank you to the team at Busy bees- Hyde.

We’ve had such a lovely experience with Busy Bees Wollaton so far. The staff are all lovely and we’ve been so impressed with the amount of different activities they get up to and the care they all put into looking after all the children. You feel part of a family and it has been lovely to see how much my child has come on since attending.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery! The care and support our daughter received everyday is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly kind, nurturing and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development.

What stands out for us, is how dedicated the team are to helping children learn and grow. They provide a fun and engaging environment where our daughter has developed new skills everyday and has gained so much confidence!

When you can’t be with your child, it’s so reassuring as a parent to know that your child is happy, safe and loved. The staff take time to build wonderful relationships with both the children and parents, and communication is excellent. We are constantly amazed by the progress our daughter has made since attending Busy Bees Bamber Bridge.

Thank you so much to Vicky (the centre director) and all of the amazing staff for the love, care and dedication you show everyday, but particularly to Jenny in Bombos 1. The love and care you show for our daughter is truly amazing and we appreciate it so much. We would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking for a caring, supportive and enriching environment for their child! Thanks again so much!!

Absolutely outstanding level of care and communication from Busy Bees Norwich Hospital. Helped settle my child so well and have continued to help her flourish and grow. I have no stresses when she is in their care.

My child attended Busy Bees Nursery in Mill Hill for a short period, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He absolutely loved going every day, which gave us so much reassurance as parents.

A special thank you to Sherry, who was absolutely amazing. She was so caring, kind and attentive, and it was clear she genuinely cared about the children. The staff always kept us in the loop, giving us regular updates throughout the day and taking the time to tell us how our child had been when we collected him. That level of communication meant so much to us.

The safeguarding at this nursery is second to none. They are extremely strict about security no unauthorised person, and not even parents, are allowed into the building without following the correct procedures. Their commitment to keeping the children safe gave us complete peace of mind.

Although our child was only there for a short time, he had such a positive experience and made wonderful memories. We are so grateful to Sherry and the whole team for creating such a warm, caring and safe environment. We would highly recommend Busy Bees Mill Hill to any parent looking for a nursery they can trust.

I highly recommend Busy Bees nursery. I found it very difficult going back to work and really did not want to leave my son at only 11 months. He had always been very cuddly and wanted his mum close by at the groups we attended, so I was understandably worried about how he would manage without me in a completely new environment.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, reassuring and helpful, and they really supported both my son and me through the settling in period. Natalie, Megan and Brodie have been especially wonderful with him, and it is lovely to see how happy he is when we drop him off and he sees them.

Although the first week was tough, he settled in much faster than I expected and is now so happy there. He absolutely loves nursery, and I can see that it has done wonders for his confidence. When we take him to birthday parties now, he runs into the room towards the toys and seems much more comfortable in busy, lively environments.

Starting nursery is definitely a difficult transition for many families, including ours, but choosing Busy Bees was absolutely the right decision for us. It has been such a positive experience overall, and we are very grateful for the care and support they have given him.

So friendly and helpful. Great communication. My son loves coming here and loves his key worker and all the members of staff. They are focused on learning and milestones and share all the experiences with you via the app. You are notified every time anything happens (food, nappy changes, sun cream applied) We love BusyBees Great Denham.

The staff are lovely and they seemed to help settle my son in well . They play in the garden a lot and everywhere seems open and bright .

The key workers in Bambos 1 are really good. They helped my daughter settle in well. She has built a lovely bond with her key person and enjoys going to nursery. At pick ups we always get an update on her day. We receive pictures of our daughter engaging in activities which is very reassuring.

My child absolutely loves it here and we wouldn’t trust anywhere else. So understanding and accommodating for each child and their needs and absolutely love each child individually

I was very nervous for my 2 year old to go to nursery, but the staff at Busy bees Wandsworth really put me at ease, my daughter has the best time when she’s there, the staff are great and very patient and kind, and always have lots of different activities ready for the kids and send regular updates. I always recommend this branch to whoever asks ☺️

Very happy with the Nurswey that

The staff are so kind and professional. They are brilliant with the children and they know everything there is to know about each and every child. This is my 2nd child that’s gone to Busy Bees Ilford and I could not recommend it more. I feel safe knowing my children are looked after there by the wonderful staff.

Great nursery and son loves the staff

If I am honest I was worried about leaving my son as he cannot communicate very well and is on the pathway for a diagnosis, the staff are really great with him and with myself nothing is too much trouble. Cannot thank the staff enough for what they have done for my son so far.
