I've been banking with HSBC for nearly 30 years, including the last 6 years with HSBC Business Banking.
Like any large organisation, it can sometimes take time to reach the right people. However, once you do, I've found there are genuinely dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to help their customers.

I would particularly like to thank Ravi Patel, Bishal Karki, Farha Jameel, and especially Akill Paramashivam. Your professionalism, patience, and willingness to support me through complex banking requirements have made a real difference.

Ilford branch stress me i am so worried because my i am already so stress because my account is under review but when i go a branch they say ur account is under review is complete friday is open or no to monday is open so i am still wait she give me wrong information about my bank account so i am so upset when i am enter she first lady i speak with lady
