First, I had a question which I emailed to Customer Support. Although there was a message saying to expect delays due to higher-than-usual number of applications, I received a reply in 2 hours.
Rui was friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly.

Bullionvault is so PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT.
The system works extremely well.
The only problem is in dealing with banks and HMRC who are dedicated to stopping money transfers to terrorists (and I agree with that) but have not cottoned on to the fact that terrorists and other criminals use other means!
