As you haven’t included any order details, I’m unable to check exactly what happened in your particular case, so I don’t want to make assumptions about the order. However, from your comments, it does sound as though there may have been some confusion regarding the product images and the type of item ordered.
For our products, the image shown on the website is a generic product image representing the item being sold. Unfortunately, we cannot photograph and display an individual image of every single coin in our stock, particularly where we hold large quantities of the same product.
If the order was for a Best Value or pre-owned item, the product description also explains that the specific coin is selected from our available stock. This means that whilst the item will meet the product specification advertised, we cannot guarantee the exact individual coin, design variation or year of the coin supplied.
We certainly don’t want any customer to feel that they have been misled, and we aim to make the product descriptions and purchasing information as clear as possible so customers understand exactly what they are ordering before completing their purchase.
If you’re able to provide your order number or the details of the item you purchased, I’d be more than happy to look into the order specifically and see exactly what was supplied and whether everything was in line with the product description.
Having read your update, that is an example I would like to look into a bit deeper, as if you ordered the exact product 10oz year of the dragon that is what you should have received. I would love the chance to look into this for you, if you could provide us with more details, or send an email FAO Dominic, to support@bullionbypost.co.uk
As I have stated above, it is only on items that are best value where the description states it can be any coin that is sent. A specific listing is for that specific item.

Very easy to sell coins and company was…
Very easy to sell coins and company was easy to deal with. Emails sent confirming price agreed, when goods received and processed. Money was in my account within a day of them receiving my items. Would recommend and use again.
