I started with zero knowledge, but thanks to their patience and support, I've come a long way. Today, I spoke with Jazmine, and she was an absolute delight to talk to. Buildium is the Big Leagues

I just went live with Buildium today, and I have to say it has been a world class experience. My onboarding consultant, Jake, was simply outstanding. I not only learned the features and advantages of the software, but I could see my own data moving into perfect sync for reporting and tax purposes. After years of cobbling my information together through a series of manual processes, I feel like I'm in the big leagues now with this impressive system that not only keeps me organized but also reconciled and compliant. Highly recommend, not only for the quality of the product, but for the excellent customer service and tailored training provided in onboarding. Just stellar!

Excellent support

My experience today with Rowald was excellent. He helped me solve a number of issues and very patiently helped me learn some new things. I also want to say that the support team at Buildium is excellent overall.
There is a definite learning curve to Buildium but with people like Rowald, Ben, Gerald, Evelyn, it is a pleasure to learn.

Buildium Not Ideal for Canadian Property Managers

Buildium does offer some useful features, but it isn’t the best option for Canadian users. My experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I started with about 560 units to test the platform, but ultimately switched away because of poor communication and unmet expectations around which features are actually available in Canada. We pay the same price as U.S. customers, yet can’t access a significant portion of the features due to differences in regulations between countries.

Knowledgeable Customer Support

I honestly called to cancel my subscription because I had become frustrated as a new owner (less than 2 months). I had never called into their support phone line before. Rowald listened to my concerns and explained all the ways Buildium customer support could help me. He made me feel like a valued customer. I asked what his experience was and he explained he was also technical support too. When I asked him if he could answer questions, he clearly knew the software and quickly gave the answers as well as great suggestions on how to make the process easier. I didn't feel he rushed to get off the phone. By the end of the call I was excited and happy at the prospect of using Buildium. Felt very lucky to have him on the other end of the call!

I just canceled my buildium…

I just canceled my buildium subscription after three months ,and went back to my previous ,rent perfect property management software due to the fact of poor customer service with buildium and slow process of them getting my bank account verified to start collecting rents from Tenants. The only thing that really wasn’t slow with this company, is them taking the monthly subscription fee out of my account for their service on their behalf. Everything that was to benefit my company as far as using the platform was extraordinarily slow. After reading all the negative reviews ,maybe it’s a blessing that I cancel now.
