Outstanding service and very knowledgeable

Buildium has been a great resource for us. From record keeping to tenant portals to maintenance, it keeps our business running smoothly. Their tech support is second to none. They always answer our questions and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate that Buildium is constantly making improvements as well. The lease renewal work flow has been a game changer and I look forward to more upgrades in the future. The only improvement I would still like to see is being able to include inactive properties in all reporting. However, it's still a great system that we have been using for over 10 years and we will continue to use in the future!

I call frequently to solve accounting errors and the service I receive is very helpful in maintaining financial accuracy and records
