They sent the wrong graphics
I ordered some graphics for a motorcycle that I just bought. After a couple of days of thinking they were on their way I got an email letting me know that they would be another 3-4 weeks. They offered to send another graphics kit in there place that could ship right away (that was awesome that they did that). However when they showed up it was a totally different kit then what they said was coming. I was tired of waiting so I just put them on and am super disappointed in the whole experience because I was so excited for a new look and now it just looks ok.

These guys are great, I ordered a chest protector that turned out to be out of stock, so they immediately emailed me and offered an upgraded chest protector at no additional cost or a full refunds. Great customer service.

There was a mistake but they took care of us!
We ordered a helmet that showed it was in stock. Come to find out that helmet wasn't available anymore. Mark contacted us and let us know it was no longer available and offered us a refund or an upgrade at the same price. Although we were bummed the one helmet wasn't available we were more than pleased with the upgrade. Thanks Mark and BTO!
