I have always found Bruce and his team to be wonderful to deal with. The quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them all for all heating requirements.

We are always very well looked after by Bruce and Luke and their Engineers. We have had a new boiler system installed and various little projects completed which they always put a lot of effort towards completing.

Boiler was changed and pipework renewed. Very happy with workmanship. They were clean, efficient and explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

We would like to thank Bruce Towers and sons for their excellent and professional work during the installation of our new boiler . We had a quick reply to our call and prompt receipt of a quotation.The work was carried out on the agreed date by the hard working and very polite team of Luke and Callum and others .
We were very impressed with the neat and tidy work and would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

We have moved from Spalding to Fakenham, we didn’t know any local Tradesmen but someone recommended Bruce Towers & Sons, we are so pleased they did. What a team of professionals, they stripped out the boiler and all radiators, bathroom and en-suite, all this work was undertaken while the Bungalow was still empty.
The Boiler was replaced with a Ideal Standard Combi, all the bathroom and en-suite fittings were excellent quality and very well fitted.
We now have a lovely place to live and can’t praise Bruce, Luke and the others enough, they also recommended Matt the Electrician who was brilliant and the Decorator who did a really good job.
So they gave us a complete well finished job, very very pleased.

Luke helped us out of a muddle when our tenant's boiler went wrong in the middle of the corona virus lockdown. They visited the tenant for an initial look at the problem, then sourced and installed a new boiler in 3 days. Brilliant and speedy service, many thanks.

Bruce Tower and Sons supplied and fitted a new gas boiler for us in August 2019. The work was done at the agreed time and to the highest standard. Their operatives were all very polite and considerate to us while working here. On completion Luke Towers gave us an excellent hand-over showing how to operate the new system; They left our bungalow in a clean and orderly condition. The new boiler and upgrading to our existing radiators have served us well this winter.

I would also mention the thorough training they gave to the apprentice working along side their qualified plumbers.

I am please to recommend the company to anyone thinking of having work done to their heating and hot water system.

Excellent service from a local company who took time to discuss our requirements and what our options were. The work was carried out with care, consideration and competence by the Tower's team, and we were fully engaged by Luke Towers throughout the process. Should I ever require a Plumber again I would have no hesitation in asking them to carry out the work. I also have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who has need of such work to be carried out.
