Terrible cancellation procedure

I don't understand why there are still companies out there that think that making it difficult to cancel will make them money. It's not like I will give up and keep paying while I don't use their services anymore.

I was actually taking a break from my subscription. But now I spent so much effort trying to cancel, I'm actually never going to resubscribe again. You just lost a customer.

Beware of being charged monthly

Beware of being charged monthly!

I'm totally disappointed with this product, I almost didn't use my subscription because of crappy slow Live Testing until you ran out of credits. Even if you're not using the Live testing, the app is still running.

You will not be able to manually remove the payment/card details as soon as you entered it, you will have to contact the support to do it. There's no cancellation option as well, everything you will need to contact their support, which will take time for them to get contacted. If you're going to test this product, be mindful, otherwise you'll be surprised.

Be careful

Information that they automatically write off money every month is not advertised when you register and make the first installment. The subscription must be changed manually. Because of this, they wrote off my money for a month, although I don't need their services for the next month. However, they do not make returns. Disgusting.

poor service and very expensive

We used Browserstack at a big french company I won't name. Bad experience, no true wait queue, awful management of incoming requests: you can have 5 waiting requests, if there are more, connections get "broken" at TCP level. We had incredible CI crashes due to their requests management. And, it's *very* expensive.
We want to a competitor which has a real waiting queue, has much less flakiness and no strange behavior, and, incredibly, is twice less expensive. We never looked back.

Bad and expensive!

Doesn't worth the money.
This service is super expensive, I took the "freelancer deal" just because I didn't do enough research to find out this is the MOST EXPENSIVE service out of its field and for limited features! you don't get screenshots or video with this deal!! why???
I paid $19.9 per 100 minutes of usage, and the best part is, if you don't sign out of the app, it'll keep charging you for minutes you didn't use, so the result was, I paid $20 for about 50 minutes of real use. When contacted the support about that, they argued with me for about 10 email turnarounds, claiming I used all of the minutes and didn't take responsibility for their bad practice. A very short research, later on, got me to a competitor that gives a full month of unlimited use for the same price, with all features open.

Extremely deceptive pricing, massive charges without any notice

Extremely deceptive pricing. Essentially robbery. Beware!

They will auto-renew your plan annually without any notice whatsoever!

You won't receive any email whatsoever before they slap you with a sudden annual renewal fee up to >$1,000, even if you stopped using the product ages ago.

Note that there is NO CANCEL BUTTON ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. They expect you to manually email them before the auto-renewal period.

If you ask for any refund for the surprise charge, they will tell you they have a "strict no-refund policy".

Avoid this company. Their business model is deception.

Average

Hooked onto the trial plan to test out the software. Not too bad; customer service was very helpful, however speed wasn’t great even though I’m based in a built up area. Ended up going with Kobiton cloud which works much better.

The product it self is decent

The product it self is decent. Speed is not fantastic and there are problems connecting local builds to their phones. We have been using it for automated crossbrowser tests which have at times been unreliable and caused build pipelines to fail. Probably this cannot be 100% avoided but seems like that have improved a bit over the last year, we haven't seen as many strange error. How ever, we are suddenly running into exceeded amount of automated testing minutes on the basic plan. which we have never experienced before, so maybe they have deducted the amount of minutes available without lowering the price of the plan. (just speculation)... Another interesting thing to notice is their price development for the next plan that they suggest that we switch to.

2017 May: 59$
2018 May: 99$
2019 May: 129$

That's about 100% increase in two years... I regret that we have spend a lot of time setting up automated test environment with their service when the product and the price seems to fluctuate like that. I would not recommend getting too tightly married to any service/company that have a price increase of 100% in that period of time, regardless of arguments like "we are just following the market prices" - sure, you are free to follow market prices... and should expect critique for doing so.
