Brownstone Research is a boutique investment research firm that consistently delivers insights and profitable investment recommendations to its subscribers. For too long, the best investment research has not been available to individual investors. It has been typically reserved for investment banks, hedge funds, private equity, and high-net-worth clients. The mission of Brownstone Research is to make that kind of proprietary research available to any investors looking to gain an edge in the markets. The goal is simple… to deliver unique and profitable investment research found nowhere else.

Their extremely long video claimed they had a direct path to buying stock in Elon Musk's SpaceX offering. They do not. they want you to invest $500 in a "basket" of companies of which SpaceX may be one. When I found this out I ask for a refund of the $179 subscription and cancelation of membership. I did this by email with no response. Then I called their number and a very professional sounding recording directed me to wait for an estimated 20 minutes or they will call you back. They never called back. Then I waited for nearly an hour and they still said my wait was est. 20 minutes. Then an hour later they did call me and after much discussion they did refund my membership fee.

Somewhere along the way I have signed up for Brown Stone Research to send me marketing junk by text. I did open up one of the links to check it out and watched the presentation with Jeff Brown. What caught my eye is the claim of investing 100 dollars pre-ipo in starlink before it goes public. This subject holds a lot of interest for me so I watched the presentation. Basically, Jeff Fox rambled thorough the whole presentation and finally got to the point which is what I wish these types of advertisements would do to begin with instead of all of the rambling. Bottom Line Up Front: Jeff wants the consumer to pay 200 dollars (this is half price of what he normally charged) to subscribe to his newletter for one year. If the subscriber did this he would throw in all kinds of free reports including the one on how to invest PRE-IPO in Elon Musk's starlink. At the end of the presentation I felt really frustrated, let down and that my time had been ultimately wasted in order to figure out that Jeff Brown was using Elon Musk's Starlink to pull in new customers, yet knowing that only accredited investors that are worth certain amounts of money can invest in starlink and that the Starlink IPO isn't coming to fruition anytime soon. In the free report about how to invest 100 dollars in starlink pre-ipo there is probably some weird way to do this but with a major catch that makes the whole thing no doable.
Recently I saw another so called tech investor rambling on and wanting to pass his pearls of wisdom on to his current and possibly new customers. If you bought his newsletter for the year for 200 dollars he would tell you how to invest in starlink pre-ipo because he predicted it would go public on one of the last two fridays in January 2026. The prediction obviously was bogus.
Things like Jeff Brown's tech report investment new letter comes accross as a scam the way that it is marketed and presented in the long rambling video promising a report on how to invest in starlink pre-ipo.

1)I have been trying to cancel my subscription before it automatically renews. They do not seem to answer the phone. (i.e. your wait time is 5- 10 minutes, then 10- 20 minutes , then greater than 20 minutes on the same call without a pick up or other response).
2)The website would not process my cancellation request.
3) I then sent Brownstone Research (memberservices@brownstoneresearch) an email requesting cancellation.
If I am automatically charged for renewal, I will have no recourse except to notify my bank of fraudulent activity.

They produce garbage and sell it as research.

Content is okay. Nothing extraordinary. I could complain that they bombard you with spam emails once you join but that is not the worst part of this ordeal. Trying to cancel is near impossible. First , if you cancel you do not get a refund for unused time, you get a credit. Second, if you go to the website they make it purposely difficult to find the section of the website for cancellation. However, once you find it there is link to push to either cancel (no credit) or to not renew (use of site until renewal date). The problem is that neither is linked to anything so you can click either link forever and nothing happens.
So, the last alternative is to call customer service but the hours for customer service are 9-5 eastern time. I called at 4 p.m. and received a recorded message that the estimated wait time was 10-20 minutes. That never changed. By 5:00 p.m. my estimated wait time was still 10-20 minutes and now since it was 5:00 p.m. and customer service hours were over, they hung up on me.
This was not fun and for this reason, I would never recommend any service where they make it easy to join but impossible to cancel.
By the way, I got the last laugh. The joke is on them. The card that I used to join had to be closed due to an unauthorized charge so in a few days when they try to auto-renew, it will be refused. If they call me to encourage me to renew. I'll place them on hold with a recorded message thanking them for the call and that I will be with them in 10 to 20 minutes. Then after 10 minutes I'll hang up because customer service is closed for the day.

Terrible waste of money!!! They continually send you spam emails to upgrade to another platform, don’t believe them when they say there is a money back guarantee, “oh that’s for our affiliate platform only” biggest waste of money. I regret this buying this subscription

My experience is very satisfactiry. There are items like LINK and SMR that did not pan out, but no one is perfect, and plan to wait on them. I made my gain in AVGO and ASML. Besides I admire Mr Jeff Brown, and he cannot do any wrong with me.
My only wish is that maybe once or twice a year, He will give us one of his speculative recommendations that can surprise us as he is doing presently. If he cannot do it however I understand . A happy and a healthy and blessed Christmas to you JEFF and your family and the team at Brownstone F George Brincat

Brownstone Research is the finest financial research company out there period. Anyone who subscribes and reads Jeff’s daily newsletter will attest to it.
I found Brownstone about 8 or 9 yrs ago inadvertently, but after reading no more than3 of his daily blogs I realized he is pretty special. I quickly became an unlimited member and actually can’t describe the quality of his research. No matter how complex the research he’s describing he has the ability to make understandable to the average person. Further you can be sure if he recommends an investment he has done his due diligence in researching it. Jeff has an outstanding team of researchers that work with him and together they have help me acquire a very sizable nest egg.
His research is so vast and interesting you find yourself looking forward to his next topic. Thank you Jeff and team and I hope you and all your families had a great Thanksgiving. P. Kikendall
