Recently bought my car from Brownlow’s and I have no complaints at all! They were very attentive to what I wanted and I felt no pressure at all which I find a lot of dealerships fail at. Great Experience with Brownlow cars

Bought my car from Brownlow cars, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff name Ali was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and fairly priced. They made sure everything was ready on time and even followed up after the purchase. Highly recommend them for a stress-free buying experience!

Just collected my new car yesterday and just wanted to say I love my new car and the service is absolutely brilliant.
Terry and the team were fantastic through the whole process .
Test drove the car on Tuesday and collected it on Thursday.

After 25days my car was smoking and smelling of burning with NO warning lights. The garage I was recovered to found towels lining the under tray soaking up the excessive leak.
Paul at Brownlows said it was the timing chain which I have an email from him saying the timing chain was changed 27days previously.
When I told Paul I was refusing the car back he was vile. Shouting and abusive towards me. Luckily the finance company dealt with him after this.
I have reported them to the DSA. With all the evidence of faults Paul said were repaired or completed in service, the emails contradicting himself and the messages and phone recordings of his vile manner.

I recently bought a Jaguar XE in part exchange for my Vauxhall, for which Brownlows gave a very satisfactory
part exchange price. The Jaguar needed a few problems to be sorted which Brownlows dealt with in quick time. The sales staff and mechanics were excellent throughout leaving me very satisfied with the Jaguar and the whole car purchase experience.

Was looking for pathfinder 1st time used brownlow cars very happy with the car and price was surprised when car turned up 1 day early taxed car for 6 months for me to will use and recommend to anyone looking for a used car

Bought a 2012 bmw in black , and had it delivered to me . There are scratches on every single panel of the car , and the leather drivers seat is ripped . It is a low mileage car, but has seen some serious use ! I phoned to speak to the owner who was rude on the phone, said its a 12 year old car so will have scratches and rips , and I had seen photos . When I said the photos showed none of the damege he hung up on me !! Very poor service and the damage carefully disguised in the pictures . I would not buy a car from here unless you see it in the flesh . Staying up in the Shetland Islands I have bought many cars unseen and this is only the second time I have been caught out . Most dealers are honest and give a true description of any damage . Oh and the alloy wheels look like they have met many a kerb ! The car was not cheap , and I would not have expected it to be this rough .
