Not ordered from Brook Taverner before so tried one item. Very satisfied with the result but on trying to order 2 more of the same item in different colours they are all shown as "out of stock". Probably not bother to order anything again.

Goods not received - Brook Taverner not use Evri
Unfortunately you use the courier Evri , which is notoriously unreliable and frustrating to deal with . I have still not received the items ordered and despatched over a week ago.

Unfortunately, Evri were unable to complete delivery to your address and the parcel has now been returned to us. We’re very sorry that it has taken this long for the situation to be resolved.

I am disappointed because my previous Brook Taverner pique polo shirts (in the same size) were 2 inches longer in the body and made with a heavier weight material. This batch is definitely inferior quality.

I was a bit wary because previously I had been scammed when buying a suit from another company, but I must say brook taverner delivered my suit and the quality was good but was a bit to small .
I returned my suit and less than 7 days I was credited my payment.

Purchased my 3rd tailored denim bottoms in 2 months and to be honest this has been the perfect fit for me ever! Very nice, high quality and comfortable. Will highly recommend and looking forward to getting all the other denim brands. The delivery was just amazing because it takes less than 3 days delivery which I really appreciate. Express delivery from Evri is appalling! Absolutely no point in having a service where you can choose the day of delivery if they just deliver it when they want anyway.
