I discovered their Chester shop a few months ago and have been back two or three times since then. Their clothes are high quality and the range is exceptional. The staff definitely go the extra mile to help you and I'm very impressed overall. It's definitely my first port of call for clothing.

Easy to navigate the website.
Delivery was on time and the T-shirts i had ordered were packaged well.
They are a gift but look and feel to be good quality.

Not directly Brook Taverner’s fault, but businesses need to stop using Evri. They are notoriously useless and cheapen the brand they are delivering on behalf of. I placed my order with Brook Taverner. Day 2: Evri ‘apologise for the delay’ and my parcel will be delivered the next working day. 5 working days later, I get a notification through the Evri app that my parcel has been ‘damaged beyond repair in transit’ and I need to contact the sender. More admin and hassle than it’s worth. I’d rather businesses passed the cost on to the consumer and stopped using Evri.

I was sent the wrong item, I asked for shorts and got trousers.
When i phoned to ask to return the trousers and have the shorts sent , the person said your returning the shorts and want the trousers, I corrected her and she said ok the other way round then, found her to be abit short. If i hadn't corrected her i might of got the wrong order again. Then on the return form it said style not as expected.

Very quick turnaround and delivery was correct and well packaged. Product itself was as described nd correctly sized.

First purchase had sizing issue. Return arrangements simple. Refund of cost within a couple of days! Great service!

I have purchased a number of items from Brooke Taverner over the past year. The products are all good quality and fit well, the whole service is excellent, quick and efficient.

Attentive service. First shirt was delivered but I wasn’t comfortable with the design in reality. Returned to store (Stamford) and replaced with a design I liked but found the shirt too large. Returned again but they didn’t have the size I needed so they contacted all the stores, sourced the shirt and arranged for it to be delivered to my home so I didn’t need to come into the store again. Perfect.
Additionally Brook Tavener shirts made me look (and more importantly feel) so confident at my daughter’s wedding last year.

Ordered 3 shirts XXL size. 2 shirts arrived via Evri, correct size. Third shirt arrived via DHL wrong size medium delivered. Even though invoice stated XXL size. This item returned awaiting correct sized item to be delivered
