Recently bought a 240l bin. It was a second but this one came unusable with badly broken very sharp bits sticking out...however after one call to the company a replacement was dispatched and it was perfect so full marks.

The bins were ordered by phone on Monday for a bowls club. The club is often closed during the day. I was told they would be delivered on Thursday. I waited for the phone to ring to go and open up for the driver. At 3pm I rang asking when the bins would be delivered. I was told they had been delivered on Wednesday the day before! A waste of a day. Oh nearly forgot the bins are fine.
