As i have told brighthouse meany times i am not going buy any more from them and my contracts are nearly paid up i keep getting really nasty replys from them they had one of me trusted pilot accounts shut down thought that would shut me up they was wrong i dont want companstion i just want them to say sorry for the managers behaviour and not let there managers talk to customers like that no matter what has happened that day or in the past i had every right to be angry that sold me a bed that broke quickly then blamed it on me sayng it was excessive force we had a friend look at the bed who works in removals he said he has never seen a bed of such poor quality in his life dont buy from them cause if u pull them up on it they treat you like rubbish they wasnt going to do anything about the bed tell i told the manager i would take them to court i still dont want companstion just say sorry if bright house and there staff dont stop trying to shut me down emotionally i will see them in COURT the are about to go bust any way so who every is who doesnt want to sign there name is the person who is going to take the company down they need to grow up and just say sorry

I have to say I was very impressed with the staff in Boscombe, Steve the manager and the girl were absolutely lovely, very clear, explained everything and did everything they could to get the Nintendo I wanted. They may me feel every step of the way they were nice decent people, that if I ever did have problems I could go in and chat to them and resolve it in some way.

I will just say, when I called up to make a payment for my daughter someone on the telephone team for payments, ruined the experience, were rude and if my daughter had of rung, with her bad mental health would of never rung again, the way he (not anyone from the shop) spoke, very aggressive. Also the late charge letter, the incident happened her payment was due the Saturday 8th, but we were poorly and I rung Monday 10th. On the 22nd she had a letter dated 21st which said about the late payment charge, she read it as she hadn't paid again and was in melt down until I read and said it was for the earlier charge, the payment had been sorted, we had been told about the late payment charge, to send a letter 2 weeks after if had been sorted, really effects people with bad mental health that cant think straight. If it had been sent on the 10th and received it on 12th, would of understood. Bad practice, I think.
I really can not fault the Boscombe staff for keeping in touch.

I brought a brand new Tv nearly 5wks…
I brought a brand new Tv nearly 5wks ago, I am still waiting to be able to use it properly, originally service was gd, delivered on time & set up great but later that evening when I turned the TV on I was constantly get messages saying the HDMI lead was connected, after speaking to customer service they then sent an engineer out who told me I’d need to buy a Gold HDMI lead so I did this still eagerly waiting to watch my new TV.
I plugged the new lead in only to get the same message NO HDMI lead so another call to customer service 3 days later engineer came out & said It needs a new circuit board!!! & he will order one.
So I’m still left with no TV & no idea if when he will be back to fix it??
I spoke to customer service again who said they cannot issue a new TV unless the engineer writes this one off.
So my advice to anyone waiting to buy from this company think very hard

I am very thankful to Kelly in the Andover store
I am very thankful to Kelly at the Andover store for all her help with my account unfortunately my children broke some of my products as in phones and my tv and this was no problem to the staff in Andover, these were sent off and repaired or replaced and the staff kept me up to date with the repairs so we could get my goods back to me as soon as they were sent back and this helped me massively. When I had difficulty in paying for my goods and had to have a rewrite this was done professionally and promptly to get my account back on track and Kelly helped me do this and explain everything in simple stages so I knew what was happening. I want to say a massive thank you to the staff at the Andover branch especially Kelly for all her help for all the time I was with the Andover store I miss the staff greatly. Thank you from Steven

Amazing staff at the Andover store.
In my time with Brighthouse I've had some great times with the lovely staff at Andover store especially Kelly, I faced some difficult times with personal problems and had difficulty in paying for my goods ( which I love all my goods ) and Kelly done everything in her power to help me get my account back on track and this took so much pressure off myself. With my personal problems I found communication difficult but when I phoned I was always put through to Kelly so I just spoke to one person and if she was busy she would always ring me back when she said she would. I unfortunately left Andover and moved up North and I hated having to leave the staff at Andover but still Kelly helped me every step of the way moving my account to a different store and I'll always be grateful to the staff at Andover for all the help they gave me if it wasn't for them then I probably wouldn't of managed my account. I don't have any bad experiences of being with the Andover store and I want them all to know how grateful I am and always will be.

Had 2 kitchen appliances delivered and installed. Fridge freeze is not level, goes down at back.
Washing is so wonky it walks across my kitchen. The delivery drivers installed them!! They did a great job, Not 😠
I would of told the delivery drivers if they had of waited for me to do a load of wash and I did not notice the fridge freezer till I cleaned it out.
