Bright and beautiful Portsmouth , what can I say , excellent service , great communication , I ❤️ coming home from work and my house is clean and tidy and smells lush , would highly recommend this company , nearly 2 years in don’t know what I would do without them .

Poor service, sub standard 'Deep clean' had to come back and redo and still not good enough, second week failed to turn up at all or even bother to contact us to let us know. Over charged us too on top of messing us around - Avoid

Just to say a massive thank you to Bright and Beautiful. We are delighted with our sparkling clean home. The team arrived promptly and had listened attentively to what I wanted them to do. They went the extra mile with attention to detail like the placement of cushions and folded loo paper - the ladies were all cheerful, polite and hardworking. Very pleased we chose Bright &Beautiful.

We were really disappointed with the service we received. During the initial walk-through, a lot was discussed and promised both in person and via email. However, when it came to the actual work, most of what was agreed wasn’t done — despite us paying over £300.

What was completed was minimal and poorly done. For that price, all we got was a basic clean of internal windows, one bathroom, and a few window sills. Skirting boards were missed entirely, and the walls and floors — which were specifically highlighted as priorities — were not touched.

They did come back when we raised concerns however, the walls and floors were now out of scope stating that it’s not something they cover despite an email advising what they would do when the quote was provided. Bear in mind, we met at the property prior to any quote being agreed and advised what we needed doing and their confirmation that it would be included/completed.

We needed an industrial clean done as the house was damaged after a rental and the main area of concern was the smell stuck in the floors.

The team could have advised this was not something they could or would be able to do as it was not in their remit instead of billing me over £300 and I could have went elsewhere and used someone that was able to complete the job.

The management of bright and beautiful based in NORFOLK are bitxxy and very unprofessional indeed.
The Manager of the company in norfolk (E) is a qualified solicitor.(E) is very intimidating towards staff members.knows exactly what
loop holes she can jump through as she has a great deal of knowledge about Law.
One of their employees was stabbed with a customers insulin needle on a clean and had to go to the hospital to have a blood test. This was all covered up and management advised their employee
not to tell the hospital the customers name as she didnt want to loose his cleaning contract.
The management and staff all slag one another off behind eachothers backs.

I would strongly advise that anybody thinking of joining this company to be vigilant.
The company in Gt Yarmouth struggle to employ staff as it is because of the reputation of the management.

We asked Bright & Beautiful to clean our house, we had an initial consultation and then they set their first date. Previously we had one cleaner who did the whole house in 3 hours. They turned up with 3 cleaners over two hours and did frankly an awful job, dust still everywhere, never emptied bins in bathrooms, all round poor job. When I challenged the manager over the phone, he never apologised but just made excuses. Cost £120! for the clean and over £92! for a small amount of dry cleaning, £212 bill in the end. Ridiculous company that won't be around for long if they operate like this. Oh and message for company, don't bother responding to this by saying "You'll investigate blah blah", it's all hot air that does nothing, if you truly respected customers you would have given a massive discount and said we value your business and will try harder.

I had arranged for a full house clean of a new house I'm moving into, and she sent a wonderful team of friendly and very capable professionals.

Carrie Ann, Stacey and Josie were all so warm, kind, polite and had a good sense of humour which is very much appreciated when you're overwhelmed about a house purchase!!

I didn't think the house seemed too dirty and that outsourcing cleaning was a luxury I should be saving on! However, the house is now beautifully clean; every nook and cranny! They did a far better job than I could have and indeed it would have taken me considerably more time (and stress)!! It's a weight off my mind and I couldn't be happier!

I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to using their services in the future xxx

We are a couple of cleans in with Bright & Beautiful Wakefield and we’re very happy with the quality of the clean. We had a deep clean first and the team were so thorough, we’re now into our regular cleans and the house is spotless when they’ve been. Friendly team and the same each time so we get to know who we have in our home. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to the ladies from Malvern! Again they helped me in a way that they were not expecting when they arrived and the response was ‘no problem’ and got it all done. All the teams can be relied on to go the extra mile, it’s like living in my own private hotel.

Very impressed with attention to detail. Lovely little touches that meant each room looked not only spotless but tidy. Went above and beyond and would not hesitate to use their service again.

Rude, unprofessional, and not worth the cost.

I booked a 5-hour premium clean, but what I got was just an enhanced basic clean—nothing special at all. The company knew I had a cat but still sent someone with a supposed allergy—later changed to a “fear of cats.” The manager rudely told me to “lock up” my cat with zero professionalism.

The cleaning was rushed and incomplete: stairs not vacuumed, dust left above doors, radiators and dressing room doors not cleaned, and bedding left unfinished.

They pride themselves on a premium service, but this fell far short. Desperate to take money up front but refuse to answer calls or callback when there is an issue. When I raised concerns via email, management refused real accountability and offered only a £10 voucher. Terrible experience—avoid.

Initially pleased but noticed areas (basics like cobwebs, sections of floors not vacuumed/mopped, areas where they hadn't gone behind furniture, missed surfaces) each time tried to provide constructive feedback- I came away feeling anxious as responses often defensive, difficultly liaising about a stain in carpet resulting after spill cleaning solution. In summary had the standards and expectations that had been set out during initial consultation been met - I'd have had no problems with the cost (and it was a big sacrifice) but final straw was being made to feel like a problem client. I just wanted the expectations made, to have been met.

Really happy with the service provided by bright and beautiful Telford, from start to finish. Booking in for a quote was easy and they listened to everything I wanted for my end of tenancy clean. Easy to book in after and really happy with the job done. Will definitely book for my next clean. Thank you.
