Craig Sturgeon was very professional and friendly when we arrived was extremely helpful in finding a small car for my wife. He was not pushy in any way and was most courteous in getting the keys to many cars.

Had a great experience getting my new car. James was lovely and so helpful. It was a very smooth process and didn’t feel pressurised into purchasing. The car is fab, given full history with it and was freshly valeted for pick up.

Everything ran smoothly no problems I would recommend friends. Nice staff Colin picked me up at the train station also had a nice coffee in the showroom.

There was no pressure applied. The salesperson was polite and approachable, but never once made us feel like they were hovering over us, or trying to force our hand into purchasing something we didn't want (like you find in so many other commission-driven showrooms). It really felt like we were dealing with a family run business, with wholesome values and standards. The entire experience was enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bridgend Ayr to anyone looking to purchase a car.

The purchase from start to finish was seamless. Liam called when he said he would. All paperwork was done on time and the handover was very quick.

Straight to the point, speedy service as I needed van the next day, when I had 1 concern regards a jamming door it was taken straight to the service area and repaired in 5 mins, as it was rushed to get ready at 17:30 that day sales man had to stay later than closing time in order to complete paperwork
