I have had efficient and friendly service from everyone at Brethertons during the purchase of my house. Emma Morris, in particular, was a great support and always available if I had a question or concern about the process.

I had a probate problem & Josh was on hand to sort things out and reassure. Nothing was to much for him & my issues were quickly & professionally dealt with.

Having previously dealt with Brethertons through the loss of my father, when I needed legal advice and representation with a family matter I had no hesitation in contacting Brethertons. The service received from initial contact, keeping up to date, attending court right through to completion was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Brethertons have been our family solicitor since 1980, have served us well in the past and continue to do for me, now that I am widowed. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. I value their advice and trust them without reserve, and find comfort in knowing I can turn to them for legal advice whenever I need it.

My Mother sadly passed away last year and my Solicitor,Laura Stuart was very thorough with dealing with her estate including obtaining Probate.
Laura and her team dealt with the whole complex process in a very efficient and thoughtful manner.

Steer clear of using Brethertons fixed fee service!

I purchased a fixed fee online service, she does not respond to anything for weeks and it appears only a phone call will prompt her to look at your case.
A painful process indeed.

They say to be an outstanding player in your profession, you must have the requisite excellent skills, experience and most importantly “passion”, passion for justice. Simon embodies all these attributes.

I met Simon at the most tumultuous time of my life, my mental health was in shambles and I had lost complete trust and confidence in my previous legal representatives as they were not acting in my best interest. I was in a pothole then I met Simon…it was almost as if an angel had been sent to me to help navigate through the false allegation that has been dragging for 2 years.

Simon was first and foremost, more concerned about my mental health and how to navigate through the entire case with as little pain and cost as possible and indeed he accomplished that! He was able to get a response from the otherwise within 2 weeks (something my former solicitors couldn’t accomplish for years)! We went to court within 2 months of him acting for me and got the case withdrawn.

I would highly recommend Mr Simon Craddock, his peoples skills, empathy and sympathy for his clients is none like I have seen before! This would not be the last time Simon would represent me…he’s simply incredible! Well done Simon and thank you very much for giving me my life back!

Laura Stuart in the Rugby office guided myself and my wife through the preparation of our wills as well as establishing lasting powers of attorney.
