Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - real people on the phone, the same person in-store following order, made calls to me to update on delivery date (which was a few weeks earlier than expected - bonus!) to home delivery (was one of the people who delivered the chest of drawers to my home!). Excellent personal comms (not template spiel) by phone, email and text to confirm and update delivery times. Both Jimmy and Andy always doing their best, pleasant and kind gentlemen, brought the drawers to the bedroom and took away all the packaging. Recommend - always support a family run business when you can.

Haven't heard of Brentham's before I found through a Google search but really happy I did!! After I placed the order I received a call just to talk through the order and confirm details were correct which is a personal service you don't get these days!

Superb service and helpful friendly staff
First class service from the ordering of our furniture to the delivery, Brenthams were brilliant! We were given great advice when we chose our furniture and regular updates of when it would arrive. On the day of the delivery their driver was held up in a horrific conditions made worse by motorways being closed. We were kept updated of his progress and when he arrived he explained took time and care to make sure things were in the right place, explained how the recliners worked
and took all packaging away. From Andy in the sales team to Jimmy the driver, the staff are a huge credit to this brilliant furniture store. We recommended them highly and certainly use them again.

Exceptional Customer Experience
I found Brentham Furniture in an online search and chose them mainly due to competitive pricing and reasonable delivery costs to our location, as not everyone delivers here.
I had fully expected this to be another online "box"purchase, however the day after placing the order I was called by them for no other reason than wanting to introduce their business and make sure that I was happy with my purchase experience and comfortable with the chosen piece of furniture. I was talked through the order and delivery process and given an indication for timescales of when delivery would take place and how the couriers would contact me to arrange. This was such a complete surprise and very welcome, as often an item will just arrive (or not) from many "box seller" outfits without any further comunication.
Clearly, Brentham wished to make it clear that I was dealing with an established family business with a physical store, and they wanted to provide a similar level of service to online buyers as they would provide if I had walked into their store.
A couple of days before delivery I was contacted by Executive Home Delivery (Couriers) who confirmed the intended delivery date and any access difficulties they might experience. On the day of delivery I was called by the driver to give notice of the time they would arrive, which was really helpful. Delivery took place with a two man team who were really professional and checked the route into the room in which the furniture was to be placed, before offloading and bringing into the house. It was a perfect delivery experience, exceeding the previous benchmark of deliveries we have had from the likes of John Lewis, so very pleased.
Overall it was a perfect customer experience from start to finish and the furniture we ordered was perfect. I would now look at Brentham Furniture as the first call for any future furniture purchases as I am confident I will be unlikely to find better prices or service elsewhere.

Thomas Kent wall clock
The clock was for my friend, she is very pleased with it. I was however disappointed that you do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Luckily I have a cousin living in England, which meant I had to order the clock to be delivered to their house, then my cousin posted it to my address in Northern Ireland.
