Andy was absolutely amazing. He called me to answer any questions I had regarding my purchase and was very careful when arranging the delivery to need my needs. On Saturday morning he showed up himself with a colleague, and they brought the delivery up to my flat. The product itself is absolutely amazing, it’s a round pedestal table which perfectly matches the pictures in their website. Andy and his colleague made suggestions on how to put the table together and even checked in with its state after the delivery to make sure I was happy. I’m extremely glad with both my purchase and the extremely attentive service provided my Brentham furniture.

Throughout the whole process we have dealt with Andy who has kept us fully informed throughout.
He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with .
Estimated delivery time has been spot on .
The delivery company used were also 1st class , the two men delivering were very caring of our property and very polite .
The furniture was extremely well packaged and protected and arrived in perfect condition.

Exceptional customer service and care throughout. Jimmy was so helpful when we were choosing our sofas and Andy was extremely helpful and meticulous in making sure they would fit through our hallway etc. When it came to delivery again Andy was very helpful in arranging a day that would suit us. Andy and Jimmy were very punctual, friendly and efficient and went beyond what would be expected to unwrap and place our lovely sofas just where we wanted them. Really great experience throughout :)
