Friendly staff, quick service.

I was very lucky to have met Ram when I bought my car at Brayley Honda Hendon recently.
Ram was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with great patience and at the same time giving great honest advice too. He made the process smooth and easy, and I felt comfortable throughout.
Ram was also a good listener and went above and beyond to find a car that met my needs and he provided an exceptional level of customer service. He even emailed me couple days after to check if I was enjoying the car.
If only all car salespeople are at his standards.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was dealt with promptly and everything was explained to me clearly. One assistant went out of his way to find the chassis number on my friend’s car, similar to mine, and checked if there was also a fuel pump recall on that. My service, MOT and recall job was done during the morning, so I could collect it at a reasonable time. I have renewed my service plan for another two years, and that shows the confidence I have in Brayleys.

My car battery on my Honda crv is going flat have
Tried contacting Brayleys to take it to my local Hendon’s branch to have it tested as the battery is still
Under warranty five phone calls no answer three times
When I did speak to a person called Hardy I was told June would be a convenient time to book the car in,
disgraceful so am I supposed to jump start it every day
I don’t think so Brayleys you should be ashamed,

I bought a low mileage used Honda CRV from Brayleys Honda in Hendon. The service I received from Madalina Meianu was excellent. Highly efficient in the handover and the attention to detail in ensuring I was made aware of all the functionality was impressive.

The MOT and service for my Honda were efficiently done. I was phoned about midday to tell me the car was ready. In the service department I was handed over the report and invoice and this was talked through with me in detail I by a member of staff. I was impressed at the thoroughness and the fact that the price was reasonable and what I had been told, without any extra padding. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I will definitely go back next year.

Very friendly greeting and efficient service by person booking the car in. Work completed in good time and car was in lovely clean condition when I picked it up. Again the service was efficient and friendly.

Everything was well organised - very pleasant assistant, clear information and quick. I took the bus to Brent Cross and no sooner had I arrived I received a call to say it was ready!

As always the various staff members could not be more helpful. The work is always to the highest standard. Environment is as always clean and pleasant to wait in, although unfortunately for the first time in 20 years or so of servicing the coffee machine was not working, probably the most important part of the service.😂

Very quick to check my car in. Car was ready by 2.45pm and my the agent who looked after me was very thorough in letting me know what had been done.
