I’ve been emailing weeks about my package and it arrived this morning the moncler jacket is the wrong colour and I didn’t receive my stone island T-shirt’s I ordered?

Beware they might tell you that everything is authentic but don’t believe them! Received my item and is good quality but is definitely fake.. then when I ask for a refund they block you.. don’t buy from this site!

I bought a Stella Mcartney bag black with gold chain very recently for my daughter that has worn it only 5 times : the chain is already getting rid of the gold color and getting rusty... I suspect now that the item is not genuine and authentic..,
Despite I’ve written Brandzstyle asking for support and clarification they never replied to my notes and complaints.
Very unprofessional and disappointing behaviour.
I recommend strongly to avoid buying and shopping from this site

When the shoes came i needed to pay 55euros at the door extra because it came from hongkong. Then they send it back and i would receive my money but its already 5 weeks and they dont respond on my emails and instagram messages.

as soon as I get my first order, I'm ordering some more

Stuff on the site is fake got a kenzo top that is not real and my order come from Hong Kong just watch out on here

They didnt let me no when it would be delivered i didnt even get a email to say it was shipped and when i emailed there customer service they didnt get back to me i see that as rude and when asked why they sent it from hong Kong no one got back in touch with me they only got back in touch when i was asking about the goods on there website not when i bought the stuff i would want to send the top back but im not sending something fake all the way back to hong Kong

Counterfeit products.

After getting in contact with their customer service, they don't even try to deny this. But they are extremely rude when asking for our money back. And even laughed in our face because they realize there is not much we could do anyway because they already had our money. As if buying counterfeit products is not bad enough, this was the worst customer service ever. But what did I expect I guess from a company that sales fake designer products.

Their contact number is a Dutch number, their return address is German and it is supposed to be a Ltd company (thus registered in the UK) The products come from Hong Kong. This all does not add up at all. If you buy from a European website, authentic designer products do NOT come directly from China.

(They by the way reported my original review here because it was only about the (counterfeit) products and not the customer service, as it should be for a trustpilot review. But as they wished, I added an additional part about their very poor customer service.)

CONCLUSION: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!

I ordered Valentino sneakers and they Are great, the only thing is that i Had to Wait 2 weeks but That’s Okey. And the best thing about the website is the costumore service.😁

They are now trying to say my order is not with them. The item has been returned and signed for but still no refund. Will not answer my emails re the refund now.
